Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The breakfast was great.

Very clean and convenient, next to a big shopping centre

Sehr freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal. Konnte mit meinem Motorrad in der Tiefgarage parken und haben dafür nichts berechnet - stand allerdings aus der Seite und habe keinen PLW Parkplatz besetz 😇

Everything was excellent, the bed, food, pool. Recommend but is far from the city.

Olimme automatkalla ja viivyimme hotellissa us. öitä. Sijainti ulomman kehätien ulḱopuolella oli meille hyvä. Lentoasemalle varsin nopea yhteys (taksilla). Hotellissa ei moitteen sijaa. Yhteys keskustaan bussilla tai taksilla.

Clean rooms, clean minibar and bathroom. Welcome-cookies and good parking options. Good food and shopping options around the Hotel for late hunger. 👍 nothing to complain

We had stayed in NH before in Madrid and it was very nice, this one in Bologna does not feel like a 4 star hotel. We booked a family room, they gave us a 2 rooms with connecting doors. The place is listed as family friendly, we had our 3 year old with us and there is really nothing for kids, not even a playground. The room was not very clean, the bathroom had mold in it, the room smelled like someone had smoked weed in it. Breakfast was ok, and staff were great and friendly. The hotel’s restaurant was closed for the first two nights, so imagine arriving with a toddler in the evening and no food available at the hotel. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants around.

Property needs a refresher. Good if you're on transit for one night from Bologna. Close to city center

The bath was lovely but the hotel staff forgot to inform me about the gym and pool when I arrived. I would have used the pool if I had remembered that there was one.
