The staff were so kind and even packed me a breakfast to go since I had an early train. The hotel is basic, but had everything you could need!

The front desk people were very helpful and kind.

Perfect for us transiting over night. 10 min to the Grande Canal one way and 10 min to the train station the other. It was about a 17 minute walk from the cruise ship and really easy to find. Nice room with really great noise-cancelling windows to the street noise. Room was really nice and the breakfast was A M A Z I NG!!

Room was surprisingly nice for a 2 star hotel. Recently renovated bathroom, very nice room and friendly and helpful staff. Short distance to restaurants and shops.

Very well located c75mtrs from Trieste Grand Canal mid point. Great for dining and bars. Unprepossessing entrance directly off street and on first floor. Rooms fit and function well. Breakfast is continental and very homely. Good quality. Had a 7 night stay. Would visit again.

What a great location for train station and cruise port. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Tanja at customer service was excellent in providing us w late check in instructions. She was very pleasant and provided quick replies. Tanja in the breakfast area was very diligent and takes pride in her work ensuring it was well run. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay! Don’t let the 2 stars deter you. The room was super spacious and really clean. The staff were really great and helpful as well! They recommended places to go, and helped us get transport to the airport. The hotel is nice and close to the main square and the canal which made it perfect. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice hotel!! The staff were warm and welcoming, everything was new, clean, and had great attention to detail. The breakfast was also very good, and they were very warm and friendly to my dog. The location was also perfect distance to city highlights and to the train station. I would stay here again and again. For the price, it really can't be beat. i was incredibly impressed.

Outside, on the shower walls was a black mold! The rest of the property was clean....

Simple, practical, clean, secure. Economical as well without sacrificing quality. Great breakfast. Close to restaurants—go to Baracca E Burattini, just around the corner. Fabulous!!

Pleasant hotel in very center of Trieste, very convenient for business and shopping. Very clean, definitely worth more than official two star mark.
