Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

Really nice quiet hotel on the edge of the town centre. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the main sights so very convenient. Could do with a restaurant but is surrounded by local eateries so not really a problem. All in all a great stay.

We stayed at the hotel with small children for 3 night we had excellent time in Florence. Location was perfect you could literally walk to majority of attractions in Florence. Staff was amazing and would go out of their way to help especially Alazne in the front desk she was superb. Breakfast buffet had god options and kids liked that too. Would certainly like to stay again at Orto De Medici Hotel

This is a very good hotel a 4 star the only problem in Florence hotels down town is parking cost $50 dollars a day so you can add that to your stay

Wow! Where to begin. Beautiful room. great location. The daily breakfast that was included in the price was over the top amazing! We looked forward to the breakfast every morning.

Great location near the tourist attractions in Florence, without being in the middle of the tourist chaos.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive and always greeted everyone with a smile, from the front desk to the cleaners and the servers at breakfast. They honestly were the ones that made the experience special! The room was big and had everything we needed, but the safe is on the small side so can’t fit laptops. Good selection at breakfast. The location was great: 1. close to the tram stop that takes you directly to the airport and train station, and 2. just a short walk from all main attractions, yet quiet enough if you want to escape the crowds

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We had a triple room on the first floor. The room was really spacious and clean- shower was amazing, bathroom beautiful! Breakfast was great ! Staff was so kind and helpful, very accommodating! Hotel is easy walking distance to tourist areas and museums but was in a quieter section which was really nice! would absolutely return to this beautiful hotel.

Perfect in every way. Location ideal for walking to everything. Breakfast is superb. Gracious service. Quiet. High ceilings in rooms, spacious. Loved it.

We lucked out with this booking. The breakfast, for this American, was way better than average. The sightsee was in walking distance. Staff friendly and spoke English.

Highly recommend this hotel! Warmly greeted upon arrival and honored request for early check-in when we arrived earlier than planned. During our stay, my son had a medical emergency, the staff helped us call a taxi which arrived very quickly. They also arranged for taxi to the airport for an early morning departure. We could not be more pleased with the kind staff and outstanding service provided throughout our stay!

nice small hotel located walking distance from piazza del duomo, but still in a quiet zone of the city. Fast check-in with a friendly person. Room (we reserved a classic double) small but clean and new.

I loved staying at this hotel! I had a girls trip and it was so hard finding a suitable room for 4 women. However, this hotel had just what we needed. The room was super clean and felt modern and beautiful! The location was also great and just a 5-16 min walk from many attractions and shopping. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the wifi was better, but other than that I would definitely use this hotel again.
