This four star hotel is very worth to stay. Very clean and tidy and comfortable. Located near the city center. Staff is very polite and the breakfast is great.

This hotel was super clean, conveniently located to the city shopping and attractions. Staff were so helpful with helping us book tours and make dinner reservations. Hotel was quiet and breakfast was delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for our final night in Florence and it was lovely. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, great shower, etc. Location is good, on quiet street.

Overall, excellent property, centrally located, big, large rooms, friendly staff, but the price is still slightly higher compared to other options.

Lovely place to stay in Florence - though a little off the beaten path. Not too far from the Duomo or the Accademia, but about a 20m minute walk to the Arno and Uffizi. Nice breakfast buffet but best to get there on the early side for best selection.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Florence! The hotel has a beautiful garden and is in a very safe neighborhood. It’s close to all notable sightseeing sites. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying there.

The conciere went above and beyond to help us find a taxi for a wedding we were going to in a very small town. She made not only our stay with them but also our entire stay in Italy special. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Orto de Medici is a quiet refuge located very close to the heart of Florence. The front desk staff was fantastic!

Really nice quiet hotel on the edge of the town centre. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the main sights so very convenient. Could do with a restaurant but is surrounded by local eateries so not really a problem. All in all a great stay.

We stayed at the hotel with small children for 3 night we had excellent time in Florence. Location was perfect you could literally walk to majority of attractions in Florence. Staff was amazing and would go out of their way to help especially Alazne in the front desk she was superb. Breakfast buffet had god options and kids liked that too. Would certainly like to stay again at Orto De Medici Hotel

Muy buena experiencia, el personal muy amable, el desayuno que ya incluye el hotel es muy bueno, las habitaciones amplias y el hotel muy céntrico, volvería sin duda.

This is a very good hotel a 4 star the only problem in Florence hotels down town is parking cost $50 dollars a day so you can add that to your stay

Wow! Where to begin. Beautiful room. great location. The daily breakfast that was included in the price was over the top amazing! We looked forward to the breakfast every morning.
