櫃檯服務人員很一般，這應該是common understanding。 但是幫忙拿行李的服務人員令人滿意。 房間晚上有蚊子，我們一共打死6隻蚊子，睡覺睡得很不安穩。 酒店離景點比較遠，我們在附近的小雜貨店買食物，有被當地店員騷擾，我很懷疑這不是一個優質的居住區域。

Good experience

The hotel is very nice small villa. The decoration is very fancy and classic. The room is small but ok in Florence. Shower room is limited but clean. Easy to walk to the river

Nice location and service, the housekeepers clean the room and make the bed again for sleeping, it’s so sweet! And the breakfast is also great, so yummy! Recommend to traveler.

The hotel locates at the quieter part of the city within walkable distance. This is the second time I stay here and I just love this hotel. Their concierge provides excellent recommendations for restaurants, I have tried a few time and they never miss. Make sure you ask !!

Had a great stay in Montebello Splendid. Love the decoration of this hotel, the garden as well as the restaurant is fantastic~~ For the location, its about 8 minutes walk ,better to take a taxi there if you have many luggages. Recommend twin room more than the kingsize bed one, since its much bigger.

Very nice boutique hotel. Good location. Easy to walk to the city center and tourism attractions.

I picked this hotel because of its location- close to the train station and is in a quiet neighborhood. But the staff at the hotel was by far the worst hotel staff I have ever encountered. The woman at the reception rolled her eyes when I forgot to hand her my passport, and continued to give me a look of annoyance when I complained about a weird smell from my room. The rest of the staff was equally unbearable. I saw no smiles, no polite gestures, no welcoming words, no thank you's. Don't stay at this hotel if you expect more from the hotel staff.

Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. Loved the wall paper and the wash room! Breakfast was full of choices (except the old Italian waiter seemed to be in a bad mood). Not too close to any hot spot in Florence tho..but it's not such a big city so that's fine.

价格优惠的五星级酒店，有个花园，欧式装修很豪华，洗浴用品特别好闻，服务也很好，位置靠近市中心，从酒店到老桥和各景点都是用步行的。佛罗伦萨非常棒。

Esse hotel é maravilhoso em todos os sentidos. Está bem localizado (até o centro histórico, são cerca de 20 minutos a pé), tem estacionamento próprio, os quartos são espaços e muito confortáveis, chuveiro nota 10, um café da manhã excelente com uma equipe ótima e super acolhedora.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, beautiful and aromatic. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was fantastic
