There is not one thing bad I can say about our stay. 5 stars.

Pros - Very clean. Great location. Close proximity to the Vatican. Breakfast was well done and fresh. Staff were very helpful Cons - Would have rated it solid 5 if it had a fitness room. Overall we enjoyed a fantastic stay!

By far the best hotel in all of Rome highly recommend! Close to the Vatican you can actually take a picture off your balcony if you're on the right side. Wonderful breakfast, perfect location loved loved loved it!

I returned for my 60th birthday given I’d been for my 50th. Given a pokey room with no view in the top floor. I was told I’d be ‘looked after’. My ‘birthday’ gift was a few biscuits which were actually left in our friends room with a card! Bit tight! Breakfast was fine and hotel is in a great location for exploring. Just disappointed with their hospitality.

room was small. furnishings dated and while bathroom was technically clean, there was mildew and dark spots on grout in the shower, shower head could not be adjusted and plug stopper for tub fell apart as it turned. points that you can "live with' for an overnight stay, but for me not acceptable in a 4 star rating.// first concierge quite lovely and hospitable, 2nd concierge could not accommodate us when we called to see if we could extend stay by another day, said he would call back and never did. i had to call the reception back after 30 minutes to request an answer. 2nd concierge had "disappeared" and gone off shift , so we had to submit request again, losing valuable time to search for accommodations elsewhere (friday night).

Staff was accommodating upon our early arrival . Hotel and room was clean and few steps away from Vatican and walking distance to many attractions. Great breakfast choices to start day.

Good location for tourists

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff, especially Maria from guest services, were extremely accommodating and kind. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything you needed. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice luxurious stay just steps from the Vatican. I will definitely be back!

The room was very quiet , clean , very comfortable bed . The room temperature was great and there were plenty of outlets for plugging things in in our room and bathroom. The staff was very helpful with ordering taxis for us which always showed up very quickly. I did think breakfast was a little expensive. The location was great for seeing the Vatican. I would highly recommend this hotel . Lots of restaurants near by as well.

We were excited to stay at this hotel after a family member did a few weeks ago. The stay was adequate but our check in and check out were both with Rosa who we found to be unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was fine. The staff during breakfast very kind and appreciative. Sadly Rosa just didn’t make us feel very welcome and we won’t stay at this hotel again because of this. Location was also a bit of a concern. If the Vatican is your focus it’s perfect. But if any of the other historical areas are on your agenda, avoid booking this spot although cabs are very easy to acquire. Four minutes on average before arriving at the front door which was excellent. But this is on average €15 each direction if crossing the river to the other famous locations. We wish we could rate higher but the staff at the front desk are a big part of the experience. We just felt unwelcome with our interactions with Rosa.

Clean room, 5 stars Staff, 5 stars Breakfast, 4 stars Location, 5 stars Bar, visited twice and there were no staff. No convenience store on site
