I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The rooms are clean, staff is professional and courteous, and close to the Vatican.

Hotel itself is beautiful and very close to St Peter. Hotel staff are friendly and very welcoming. I could probably say that the rooms are beautiful but they get very warm due to their central heating. All and all experience is amazing. Definitely going to book this hotel for our next trip in Rome.

If visiting The Vatican the location of this hotel is perfect. Good service, nice rooms and they gave me a free spot to park the car. More fruit options in the breakfast would be great.

The hotel’s location is perfect if you want to be close to St. Peter’s Square. You will hear the 7:00am church bells from your room on feast days. Our queen-size bed did not feel too cramped in the room. The bathroom was a decent size with a full tub/shower. Our stay included breakfast, which included the same fare every day we were there - eggs, bacon, sausage, rice, vegetables, pastries, juices, fruit, coffee, toasts with jam, assorted cheeses and sliced meats. The dining room is ample. Service was courteous and proficiently in English. You are given the opportunity to tip at the end of your stay on your credit card. Altogether, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, worth the little more we spent on our stay.

Good location, good service

Overall great & I'd return again. Location is perfect, right next to St Peter's Square and Basilica. Also really close to the bus stop to get around Rome city centre as well. Staff are polite and friendly, the breakfast was nice and had everything you'd want to start your day, the cakes were super delicious. There is a supermarket located a 1 min walk from the hotel which is also great. I also really love the hotel's push towards sustainability e.g. use of glass water bottles, paper cups & refillable toiletries. I would just mention a couple of things which you might want to be aware of. 1. Upon arrival I was informed that I would need to put my card down for pre-authorisation of the tourist tax (small fee per person per night). I had no problem doing this, but I was not informed that the card would also be used to take pre-authorisation of the nightly room rate as a deposit which compounded each night I stayed at the hotel. This resulted in me having a pending payment on my account for a few hundred pounds and this did not get resolved until 2 weeks after I checked out. 2. The pillows in the room are very soft and they may not have alternatives available. 3. I requested a room with 2 single beds before my arrival but this was not done so I had to ask for it after check-in - I stayed in mid-December so not exactly peak season so it would have been nice to have had this accommodated prior to my arrival. 4. Huge ITA party late at night - please inform people of such things.

There is a safe area and very easy walking distant to Vatican if you want to save time to visit especially in the morning and also it’s very pleasant breakfast as clean and fresh everyday! I love to stayed there during my trip time.
