Everything was great except the air-conditioning was very weak, i felt hot even when i turned it to "18°c", so i was too hot to enjoy the comfy down douvet.

我们订的deluxe room,但是两张床拼在一起的。只有看河的屋子才是大床房，稍微有点遗憾。其他的都比较好，行李员来拿箱子的速度很快，在欧洲国家绝对是效率了。早饭也不错，竟然还有中国的大米粥，也比较安静

Very elegant hotel with an old school customer service oriented staff. They happily helped with every request. Make sure that you don’t skip the rooftop dining. The only thing better than the food is the view!

Great room, close to eve

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. Nowhere was too far to walk. The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent. The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening.

We've visited Florence several times now and always loved walking pas this iconic building with the view that one day I would stay there. This visit that goal materialised. A great reception from the ladies in reception led us to our room facing the Arno River. The room was huge, king sized bed, and bathroom well appointed. Clean and spacious. Superb bedroom. Breakfast is also a treat. They have a chef who makes the most fantastic omlettes, and the stocking of the buffet breakfast is done maticuloulsly. Our go-to hotel from now on when we will inevitably return to Florence.

The Westin is located in a very convenient area you can walk everywhere from there, lots of places to eat and safe area. We really enjoyed our stay 🙏

I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Excelsior hotel. The rooms were beautiful, service was excellent, and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful!

Very overpriced compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy on the trip with less amenities.

We loved being right next to the Arno River. It was an easy walk to the Oltrarno area and just as easy to get to the main sites of the city. Our room was surprisingly large, but the windows were placed oddly high so that we could only look out of one of them from a small set of stairs if we tiptoed. The views from the rooftop bar were magnificent! We'd stay here again.
