挑选了半天，选的这个酒店，主要是离景点近。来了才发现，这里遍街都是酒店，根本不需要太纠结。酒店房间较小，大堂完全就是个小房间，可能市内景区周围的酒店都是这样的，而郊区的万豪、喜来登比这价格便宜得多，酒店设施也好得多。早餐不错，与之前在维也纳住的连锁酒店比起来，品种稍微少些，但是餐厅地方挺大，还在顶层，视野较好。酒店电梯非常小，四个人就挤满了，之前住的米兰的酒店也是这样。 不满意的地方就是挺大的卫生间，洗澡间设计得很小，非常不方便。如果是胖子住，转身都困难。此外，酒店所在的楼似乎有喜好音乐的人，半夜都在演奏，虽然音量不大，但是我住在2层（相当于三层）能够很清楚地听到，只能向前台抱怨，让他们去干预一下。

飯店位址離西班牙廣場及許願池走路只要五分鐘! 可是房間很小！浴室要比房間本身大! 早餐選擇不多!

酒店的地理位置非常好,离西班牙广场和地铁站很近.酒店是刚改建好的,非常时尚!很干净的感觉.老房子和时尚融合在一起,非常美妙!早餐很丰盛!咖啡非常好喝!

Great location and close to everything

I honestly wish I could give this hotel zero stars. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill fast. The elevator situation is a joke — there’s only one tiny lift that barely fits two people with luggage, and even then, you’ll wait ages because staff constantly use it for cleaning. Most of the time, it was simply unusable. The room smelled stale and unclean, and the TV looked like it belonged in a museum — ancient and practically nonfunctional. Housekeeping standards were nonexistent. They give you one key, which is also used to keep the electricity on. So if you’re traveling with someone and one of you wants to go out, the other is left in the dark — literally. It’s a ridiculous system that makes no sense in 2025. The worst part? At 1am, a random person walked into our room. To this day, we have no idea how. My partner was terrified and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the night. There was no apology or explanation from the staff. That alone should be a deal-breaker for anyone considering staying here. The “Do Not Disturb” button doesn’t work — we clearly requested privacy, but they entered our room anyway. No respect for boundaries. Lastly, the staff barely acknowledge guests. No greeting, no courtesy — just an overall sense of disinterest and apathy. Do yourself a favor — avoid this place entirely. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this was beyond unacceptable in every way.

I made a reservation at this hotel after seeing it recommended on TikTok. At first, I was a little skeptical, but I’m so glad I took the chance. While Rome is definitely a city I plan to return to, I can honestly say I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. My room was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better just a 10 minute (or less) walk to the Trevi Fountain. The area surrounding the hotel was full of great restaurants and shops. Right outside the hotel, there’s a small restaurant to the left within walking distance that was also incredible. If you’re considering this place, don’t doubt it stay here!

Location is the only good thing about this property. Not enough amenities for a 4-star hotel. Walls are too thin and can hear everyone from the Lobby and neighboring rooms. It smells like gutter after shower. elevator takes forever, as there is only tiny elevator. There is no view, just a tiny window. It’s good enough if you are by yourself and don’t spend much time in the room. Honestly would consider this as a 2 star hotel. Also, very weird that they ask to write down your credit card information on a form, rather than taking info digitally. Felt little uncomfortable doing that.

Hotel céntrico en buena ubicación para los lugares de interés a visitar , viejo para mi gusto , al menos agradezco que las sábanas y toallas estuvieran limpias , la alfombra dejaba mucho que desear , desayuno bueno y variado

Rooms were clean, updates and nice, elevator very small for dealing with luggage and a small stroller. 4 adults max, all squished in. Terrace is 2 tables and 4 chairs total, can only sit out if you know the other people or alone, there was no view from here. It was part of the reason why we chose that hotel, disappointing.

Une chaleur déraisonnable dans la chambre, lorsque je suis aller en parler a la réception il ma ete repondu douvrir la fenêtre, pas moyen de baisser le chauffage.... De plus hotel tres bruyant, il est désagréable detre reveille par les femmes de xhambres qui parlent fort dans les couloirs. Sans parler du faot que malgré le panonceau "Ne pas deranger" mis sur la porte, elles se permettent de frapper vigoureusement a la porte a 9h45 et tente de forcer l'ouverture, heureusement que l'on peux verrouiller la porte de l'intérieur....

El hotel está en una ubicación fenomenal , está cerca de todo andando , es pequeñito , las habitaciones están muy bien , el desayuno un 4 , pero en general todo perfecto por el tema ubicación, volvería sin duda , una de las recepcionistas tenía pocas ganas de hablar , explicar dónde estaban las cosas y generalmente pocas ganas de atender al huésped . Puntuación un 7.5

The gentleman at the counter during our exit was not pleasant or helpful and unfortunately it's the first thing that comes to mind as I write the review. Otherwise an ok stay - thought the hotel was pricey for Rome and in relation to our other stays all throughout Italy, and for the amenities it offered.
