10min to the Arena and close to all the other attractions. The front desk helps to book my restaurant and email me the result which is nice. Breakfast has enough variety to choose from and the service team has done a good job. The Hotel seems close to the railway station but better take a taxi.

Comfortable hotel, very close to avena, 10min by walk. We got warm welcom, someone help us to unload luggage from the car, very helpful. Breakfast is ok, many choice. Though we can't park in front of the door, but considering the location, it's understandable.

Nice breakfast There are bikes for borrowing which is a very good way to travel this small town. Good location which is near train station.

Our suite was right next to the public toilets behind reception and was dark and cramped - the kids were barely able to walk around the end of their sofa beds. Breakfast a bit chaotic

Great place to stay, especially if you’ll go to opera it’s virtually 10 minutes from Arena and from historic center Also close to rail road station grate for day trips to surrounding cities, which are not touristy but real gems Staff is fantastic. You have a feeling like this family run hotel starting with housekeeping through front desk and people in the breakfast area highly recommended place have stayed there before and the level up of service remains unbelievably good.

Excellently located hotel, well appointed and maintained. Staff courteous and very friendly. Our only slight criticism is that they appeared somewhat understaffed, so our room was not made up until late afternoon, and the bar was unattended for long periods. Breakfast was of a high standard

I really loved the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located in easy walking distance to the sights, as well as the station. It would have been perfect if the blackout curtains were a bit longer and the soundproofing better. Nevertheless, I would come back to this hotel.

Great area to walk to Verona city center . Staff was great at check in .. it’s a large chain hotel so the vibe is not like a small boutique hotel but location is great

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. The location is perfect and about 10 minutes by taxi from the train station. The hotel is located in the historic part of the city, about 10 minutes by foot from the main piazza. There are several small places nearby to eat sandwiches or get gelato, although there aren’t many restaurants.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk to the Arena of Verona and the main square surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, Juliet's balcony, and other historic sites. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable with an excellent breakfast in the morning.

Excellent location for City centre and very helpful staff. Breakfast at €15 is excellent value for the choices available.
