Good location and room condition is better thab I expected. However, Wifi in dining area should be improved.

The hotel located at very middle of Train station and Arena. 15 min to 15 min. slightly long distance... by walking. The room is small but very clean, quite and comfortable. Staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast is yammy. I love this hotel. =)

역에서 10분 정도가 소요되고, 아레나로도 도보 이동이 무난합니다. 로비층에 비치된 간단한 음료와 간식이 있어서 좋더라고요

객실은 편안하고 쾌적했으나 더블룸의 너무 좁아서 불편했다. (마치 1인실같음.) 베로나 기차역에서 걸어서 10분거리, 시내 관광지도 가까워서 편리함.

호텔 직원들이 무척 친절하고 주변 레스토랑과 연결된 VIP카드가 제공하여 저렴한 가격에 좋은 음식을 먹을 수 있었다. 호텔 내에서도 다양한 종류의 조식 메뉴가 있었고 로비에 차와 간단한 음료 서비스를 제공하여 좋았다. 작은 도시이지만 볼꺼리가 많은 아름다운 도시다.

Great place to stay, especially if you’ll go to opera it’s virtually 10 minutes from Arena and from historic center Also close to rail road station grate for day trips to surrounding cities, which are not touristy but real gems Staff is fantastic. You have a feeling like this family run hotel starting with housekeeping through front desk and people in the breakfast area highly recommended place have stayed there before and the level up of service remains unbelievably good.

Excellently located hotel, well appointed and maintained. Staff courteous and very friendly. Our only slight criticism is that they appeared somewhat understaffed, so our room was not made up until late afternoon, and the bar was unattended for long periods. Breakfast was of a high standard

I really loved the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located in easy walking distance to the sights, as well as the station. It would have been perfect if the blackout curtains were a bit longer and the soundproofing better. Nevertheless, I would come back to this hotel.

Great area to walk to Verona city center . Staff was great at check in .. it’s a large chain hotel so the vibe is not like a small boutique hotel but location is great

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. The location is perfect and about 10 minutes by taxi from the train station. The hotel is located in the historic part of the city, about 10 minutes by foot from the main piazza. There are several small places nearby to eat sandwiches or get gelato, although there aren’t many restaurants.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk to the Arena of Verona and the main square surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, Juliet's balcony, and other historic sites. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable with an excellent breakfast in the morning.
