Très bon hôtel. Cadre magnifique. Belle chambre bien située. Très belle et grande piscine ainsi que plage privée. Accès à tout l'hôtel grâce à la navette. Très bon restaurant Sos Aranzos au niveau qualitatif et quantitatif, avec énormément de poissons et fruits de mer tous les jours. Merci au Maître d'hôtel Salvatore ainsi qu'à son équipe. Bonne équipe d'animation. Personnel et direction (Massimo) compétents et très sympathiques.

La struttura nel complesso bella soprattutto il beach hotel, con camere rinnovate e con la spiaggia attrezzata inclusa.Nota dolente la ristorazione sia per la colazione che per la cena con cibo di scarsa qualità e personale impreparato.Distante 45 minuti da Porto Cervo e circa 20 da Porto Rotondo con strade piene di curve e non illuminate.

Buongiorno Abbiamo passato una settimana nel voi colonna villagio. Questo hotel è Veramente perfetto. Tutte le personne Che abbiamo incontrate sono gentili. Ristorante, cibo vario e molto buono, lo chef del ristorante Che supervisa tutti, la navetta per andare alla spaggia, gli autisti della navetta molto gentili,la reception, pulizia, gli spettacoli e particularmente Greta che è molto gentile, Il bar, la piscina. Vacanze bellissime. Mi scuso per éventuali errori in italiano. Sto imparando l Italiano. A presto.

Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids.

Wir waren zwei Wochen dort vor Ort. Die Hotelanlage war sauber und der Strand ist wirklich super! Der Pool ist auch wirklich toll. Wir fanden die Lage auch gut, da wir abends immer in eine andere Stadt gefahren sind um uns etwas in der Umgebung abzuschauen. Daher würden wir auch für dort einen PKW empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am Pool bzw. der Bar. Sehr laute Musik, die erst Nachts zwischen 23 und 24 Uhr aufhört. Dass war uns ehrlich gesagt vorher nicht bewusst und wer früh schlafen möchte bzw. Abends seine Ruhe haben möchte, dem würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten um ein ruhigeres Zimmer gebeten, allerdings ist auf den Wunsch niemand eingegangen und so ganz hat man den Wunsch nach Ruhe nicht verstanden, da, so die Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die laute Musik doch toll sei. So war das Personal aber ansonsten sehr freundlich.

Le séjour à l’hôtel s’est globalement bien passé : la chambre était agréable et les installations de qualité. En revanche, grosse déception concernant le service de conciergerie. Le personnel n’a pas été aimable du tout. Nous nous sommes présentés 25 minutes avant la fermeture, comme cela nous avait été demandé plus tôt, pour louer une voiture. Malgré notre ponctualité, on nous a simplement dit que c’était fermé, alors que le personnel était bien présent dans la pièce… occupé sur son téléphone. Une attitude peu professionnelle et franchement décevante.

Ideale ligging tov luchthaven, stad, strand en uitstapjes. Vriendelijk personeel, alles goed geregeld. Het buffet restaurant is wel een drukke bedoeling, maar veel keuze. Lekker eten! Kamers zijn wel verouderd en rook wat muf, goede bedden en nette schoonmaak. Fijne shuttlebus naar het strand, scheelt een behoorlijke klim. Heerlijk strand en lekker groot zwembad. Leuk entertainment en team. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Definitiv nicht barrierefrei

It was an amazing stay. We were scared about some of the bad reviews but it was totally the opposite. Every staff were nice and treated us really well.

Mis-sold as a 4 Star. After 20 yrs of membership, I expected better from Expedia in rating the hotel. The room was disgusting with no needs met which was paid for prior to arriving. I advised to cancel. The place is not child or elderly or those with disabilities friendly. The food is awful. Avoid. Only the beach is of value which is free for all to access.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war sehr feucht, und bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer zudem schlecht gereinigt. Nach einer Reklamation wurde es dann zwar einigermaßen sauber gemacht, aber der erste Eindruck war enttäuschend. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden – insbesondere das Badezimmer sollte komplett erneuert werden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Alle waren sehr freundlich, besonders das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut – es gab Buffet, es war reichlich vorhanden und wurde ständig aufgefüllt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt – auf jeden Fall vier Sterne wert. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Strand – meiner Meinung nach der schönste am Golf Aranci. Fazit: Die Unterkunft (insbesondere Zimmer und Bad) war unser größter Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden – tolles Personal, gutes Essen, schöne Anlage und ein traumhafter Strand.

Good for family, The location is very good, I booked alone and get the triple room... not wat i booked ☹️ The climatisation was not worked at the room, not possible to iron your closes! Not elevator in the hotel and too much stairs.... the restaurant for diner and lunch was far from the room, but good food! The exercusion in the hotel was good for my last day.

Mon séjour a été très agréable et le personnel était très accueillant et polis, ils font vraiment leur possible pour qu’on soit alaises, l’hôtel est calme et relax j’ai beaucoup aimé je pense revenir une autre fois.

The location of the accommodation was very nice. Although I had booked a room with a sea view, I was told that we were only given this room out of kindness. The breakfast situation was disastrous. As we had only booked breakfast, we were also treated like second class people. We weren't allocated a fixed table all day and had to beg for a table every morning. You could feel the separation of the guests in every situation. Some were only allowed to eat their meals in a certain place, others were not allowed to lie in the front row on the beach, etc.. It was an absolute discomfort factor that ran through the entire stay. Although the location was fantastic, we won't be coming back.

For the price this is a great place to stay. Half board gets you a buffet breakfast and dinner. Pools were nice, but the music was too loud starting at 4pm. They need to clean the bathrooms better, the tile grout lines in the shower had thick grime on them and the shower floor was slippery.

Avoid at all cost. Not a place u can relax. There is a party from 9pm until midnight. They use big speakers outdoor and very very loud. I took the photo of 9 ppl on the ground and partying without respecting the guests who are about to rest in their rooms. We could not sleep until that loud music stopped at midnight. I don’t understand why they do it coz literally there is very very few ppl who stays late. Majority want to rest. They can turn the volume down around 10 pm but the music continues very very loud. I asked reception and they can’t do anything until midnight. They have no respect for the guests who want to relax and enjoy their holidays. Hotel booking website should delist this type of property. It s not what we paid to get this kind of experience. Avoid avoid avoid this place.
