Incredible property and staff!!

I absolutely loved staying here!!! The staff were so attentive and fun to be around! Even when we almost forgot our swimsuits in the room they bagged them up and tied them to our luggage! I would stay here every time I go to Jamaica!!!! Make sure to read the dress codes for the restaurants and sign up for activities early so if the get canceled because of weather you can go another day! I would recommend everyone stay here!!

Poor open buffet, entertainment needs a lots of improvements.

We would love to go again. Beautiful property and excellent service. I wish there was more food and activity options included. As well as cabs available to go off the resort to travel to nearby restaurants and shops. Otherwise thank you Christopher and the rest of the staff. You served us beautifully. Food decent and the house wine could have been a lot worse. Staff mostly friendly. Hotel nicely kept but my bathroom needed an upgrade. Would return.

The resort was the perfect size for our taste - the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The food was very good and we loved the inclusive water sports that was included with the package, especially the sunset cruise. My only recommendation to guests is to read the activity leaflet that is included in your check-in package for activities and the evening events. We had no issue getting reservations at the only restaurant on the property that requires a reservation - and the food was excellent. Overall I would recommend this resort for those who wish to have a relaxing and friendly vacation. Only cautionary note is that it is approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hrs from the airport but hotel provides transportation - easiest airport and resort lounge - very well organized and it was actually nice to see part of the island to the resort.

Quiet and smaller than most resorts. More intimate setting. The beach was gorgeous with the sunsets over the bay. Staff was attentive and kind.

Overall great hotel and I had a great experience. Really enjoyed included activities such as scuba diving and catamaran tour. The main issue I had was food and drinks service. Food quality is okay, but variety of options was very bad. Main restaurant only works as buffet some days, with a very limited selection. Menu dining was very limited, portions are extremely small, and servers won’t let you have more than one side. Drinks quality was non-existent. Bartenders really have no idea what they are doing, which is a shame, because they have all supplies needed to make really good drinks.

Overall, we enjoyed it. This was our first all-inclusive resort. There were several things we enjoyed about the property--#1 would have to be the beach. No seaweed, absolutely beautiful. Snorkeling was a lot of fun and would definitely recommend it! The breakfast buffet was the best meal we enjoyed there, we looked forward to going to it every day. Things we did not like--Lots of solicitors selling weed, cigarettes, whatever constantly on the beach and always coming up to you. The room we booked was a deluxe ocean view, and we had a sliver of the ocean to see. I would have saved the money and booked a garden view if I had known that none of them were really an ocean view. They offer room service if you want to order food to the room--be aware that the pictures of the food is NOT what you receive at all! There was a beautiful picture of a Cobb salad which turned out to be a few pieces of lettuce, one bacon crumble, a small piece of tomato. It was actually laughable. The serving sizes at all of the restaurants are very small as well, however you get your food very quickly and can go to another restaurant if you're not full. Also, there is an upscale restaurant at the resort that we could not even go to because my husband did not bring long pants--that would have been nice to know prior to going! Overall, we did enjoy our time, however would probably not do an all-inclusive again. We do not drink alcohol and I think that is a big part of the all-inclusive portion.

The hotel was okay overall. The beachfront deluxe room was more beach view. The entertainment was very loud, and lasted until 10p. They did not offer much Caribbean food, no rice and peas or curry, the jerk was okay. One of the days there were no beach or pool towels at 10a, it took about 1hr for them to bring them. The drinks tasted off. We tried about six spirits on the rocks and didn’t drink any of them bc of the taste (smelled okay tasted off), we ended up sticking to beer which was not our preference. I feel this hotel was more of a 7.8 - 8.2 not a 9.2 as indicated. I don’t think it was bad, just okay.

Amazing scenery

We liked the staff, all of them incredible. Transportation from and to aiirport was excellent and punctual, excellent food, the best beach.

Best vacation ever! They catered to us every day. Made us feel like royalty. Rooms are nice and clean. Even the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be going back next year.

10/10 food 10/10 service 10/10 beach, water sports, convenience, the PEOPLE were so kind and respectful, from the staff to the guests. Will recommend and definitely come back again.

The property, staff and even the locals were all very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would LOVE to revisit in the future

The hospitality at this resort far exceeded my expectations. The staff was respectful, responsive and really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Food and drinks were endless and solid. The turndown service was the best I’ve ever had at any resort. There were days durning out stay where they tidied up our room two or three times! Amazing place, and will definitely consider returning in the future .

Put signs up of the name of the restaurants/ eateries would help out knowing what is in what direction.
