I really like the property a lot. It was clean the staff. were nice and I love the swim bar, my only down fault was I never see a lifeguard on duty for the whole week I was there not at the pool or the beach side

A friendly Jamaican relaxed vibe, plentiful healthy and delicious food (& an amazing pastry chef!), great service all around, good evening entertainment, lots of tropical vegetation, wonderful beachfront!

Overall, would highly recommend. Beautiful property with the pool and beach access being top notch. Very quiet and relaxing, woth watersports available free of cost to all residents! Dining options were good with rotation between 2 or 3 options every night. Food was good. We visited in Dec 2025 and it still seemed like the resort was not operating at full capacity and perhaps more options would have been available when full. Service could have been better, especially when it came to speed of service. Entertainment department needs a look at. Many planned activities like beach or pool volleyball were never conducted. Evening entertainment was usually delayed, some events cancelled and generally not planned well. We stayed christmas eve and honestly Christmas eve night was a bit of a damp squib. Would highly recommend staying here as the beach, pool and stay and amenities were excellent.

Not beachfront. Falsely advertised. Older resort in need of makeover. Great beach and water. Food 3/5 and could never get reservation for the “best” restaurant.

Beach was crystal clear service was excellent and the food was fantastic. We loved our stay here. Security did a great job not allowing the beach salesmen to approach you. Only downside not much night life but if you’re looking to relax go here.

This is our second time at this property and it never disappoints! Relaxing vibe and great service. All of the water sports are included so it’s great to go on a catamaran cruise one day, sail the next, enjoy snorkeling, paddle boarding and more!

Beautiful grounds. Helpful staff. I wish they had more and better selection on food. I did get sick unfortunately. It was a bad stomach bug.

Amazing beach, Amazing staff, Food is decent. The Asian dishes could be better. The taste is alright but it’s not quite with the right spices or ingredients. The fish and meat dishes are great. Othalite is their best restaurant. The activities on site are fun. Waterskis, wakeboarding, beach volley, tennis. Hobbie cat sailing, the Katamaran Cruise, the snorkling, piano bar, live bands, bonfire etc. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are part of what makes this place so amazing.

It was my fist time visiting the resort and Jamaica as a whole. Had lots of fun! The resort, facilities, restaurants, and staff...met and surpassed my expectations! I will definitely be returning!

Couples negril is perfect for a couples get away. Property is walkable to the beach also close to 7mile beach and other local entertainment options. Staff is so sweet and friendly. I would visit again.

Stage was not nice. Have heart issues put us in a building on third floor far away from restaurants and beach. Asked for a lower room would not accommodate until next day. Staff was not nice about it. Food was just bad, there are much nicer places to stay in Jamaica

Dinner Buffet was on alternating days. Almost non-existent pool waiter. Limited Lunch time window. Tipping is frowned & need to be sneaky to tip. Having to use refill H2O bottles since they use water stations instead, this is inconvenient to the vacationer. Worn down resort.
