My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here. The staff was attentive. Their eyes were constantly on their vactioners. We were asked continously, «are you alright, do you assiatance with anything, can I get anything for you. Our room was serviced daily. The food was excellent. The beach was clean and the water waa calm. I would stay here again.

Everything about this place is great! Staff is awesome! Hope to come back!

The property has a designated nudist beach area, but it sits next to two other hotels that are not adults-only; when guests walk along the beach between properties, they are surprised by this section, making both them and the nudist guests feel uncomfortable. I do not think that area should exist, given that the beach is public, not private. The property needs better housekeeping; the pool was dirty, and the hot tubs were far too hot! The food was terrible; we only enjoyed one good dinner, which required a reservation. Lunch options were limited and à la carte, with no better choices available. Guests should be better informed about the available options; we only discovered the beach and pool service because we asked what the little red flags meant—lol 😆—as we thought they signaled a ban on swimming due to water issues! The hotel needs a complete paint job; it looks old and, in many places, run-down. We found a game room, but it was out of commission because the attendant didn't know which games were working, and there was no one available to help with the slot machines or serve us a drink. I enjoyed the beach and the staff members, the repeated program is a good idea but could be better at engaging new guests with a big welcome basket and the program information inside it.

Staff was very very helpful. Activities are easy to access and most are free of charge with your stay. Staff went above and beyond to also make my pregnant GF feel comfortable the entire time.

We had an amazing time at CN. Th beach was outstanding. No sargassum. The water was warm. The staff was the most polite and helpful. We can't wait to go back. The coffee shop could use more options. The ran out of things and didn't replace them. That's my only complaint. LOL!

The room was very clean and cleaned perfectly every day. The beach amenities were absolutely great. The catamaran and snorkeling and the glass bottom boat were all included in our all-inclusive package, which really made it nice. The beach was very nice. The dinners were very nice. We will absolutely go back. The staff was always very pleasant to be around and always had a smile and always talked to you and asked how you were doing. If you had any questions, they were happy to answer them.

The beach is absolutely beautiful. Love that they have floats on all chairs. Food is delicious also.

This was an amazing trip!! Staff added little decorations out of the clean laundry on the bed. Couldn't be happier. Staff was really nice and energetic. Always had an answer for you. Rooms cleaned about 2 times a day. Drinks delivered on the beach. Vendors kinda hastled but not if you tell them no and really good pricing for their goods. Great food. If you are looking for paradise with amazing people and a great atmosphere, look no further!!😁

Overall I had a great stay, but it’s not at the top of my list of resorts to go back to. Pros: The beach is incredible! Velvety white sand, crystal clear but somehow still beautifully blue water, perfect temperature. They keep the beach very clean. There are plenty of beach chairs and they have a floating pad on them so you can float in the ocean. The restaurant food for dinner was delicious no matter which one we chose. MOST water sports are included. Snorkeled twice and did a catamaran ride for free. They do expect tips on these. Cons: The food for every meal except dinner is mediocre at best. It’s really hard to find something decent to eat during the day. There is also no late night food. They say that diving is included, but it is only if you’re certified. You can do the class in the pool for free, but it costs $80 per person to dive The service isn’t very good. We did have an occasional server that was very attentive, but overall, the service really lacked. It was quite difficult to get a drink refill, especially on the beach. Food takes a very long time to come out, even at lunch. We were often not even acknowledged when approaching the towel hut or veggie bar. Some people might not care about this, but there is almost no music at the resort. Sometimes they play music at the pool bar, and outside of that, there is no music in the bars, at the restaurants, at the pool, etc unless they are doing an entertainment activity that is music.

Beautiful lush vegetation throughout the grounds. Very clean room and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are so friendly and work so hard . Room service was great. Coffee, fruit and danishes every morning on the balcony at 6:30 or 7:00 am

I took my wife here for our 5th anniversary and we had the absolute best time! Couples Negril was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The bars are open from morning to late at night and they have so many drink options. They don’t skimp on the alcohol either! There’s always something available to eat as well. And the food was amazing! They have all the American dishes we love, but they also have food from Jamaica that you get to try. The speciality coffee bar was awesome! Anything you want for free. The place is always clean and you can always find a beach chair. The water is beautiful and they even have snorkeling and diving for free! Couples Negril is the perfect place for couples and I promise you, we will be back!

We loved the resort and all its amenities. The food was great and so was the beach. And the only reason why I didn’t 5 stars is because the property looks a little outdated and needs some repairs to the buildings.

I am not the kind of person who goes to all inclusive resorts, but I absolutely loved this one. It was what I just needed. Not to think about menus, activities etc. I enjoyed the food. They changed the menu on a regular basis. another plus was the beach. They have a lot of activities that are included in the price of the stay.The staff was very friendly and professional. We are coming back!

Well maintained property that covers so many amenities and activities that you would normally pay extra for at a lesser all inclusive. Friendly staff, beautiful beaches, good air conditioned room. Recommend Heliconia for dinner (IMO better than Otaheite, the only reservation required restaurant).

Food was okay

If you recently booked this resort, you will be greeted by the friendliest staff, the best restaurants and amazing views. The only challenge you will face is how to extend your stay or when you can visit again. Not only was the guest welcoming, you felt like an extension of the family. The best time ever.
