The property is well kept. Staff are so professional, kind and they make you feel at home. The food is also delicious. I would love to stay there again. Thank you😊🙏

Hotel Four Seasons is located in a quiet area in the heart of New Kingston. It is walkable to areas like Devon House, Bob Marley's House, and Emancipation Park. We enjoyed the property itself because it had lots of trees and chairs for outside sitting. I am a humble traveler so I do not knit pick so I enjoyed the space. However, I would change the bed covers they were often itchy and rarely comfortable. They are also incredibly out of style so it makes the room look old and outdated and it dims the room completely. We stayed for 9 nights and overall have a positive experience. HOWEVER! The only thing that I really hated (yes strong word I know) is the breakfast. Two of the staff members were incredibly rude and unwelcoming to us as if we had come to their house demanding food. There were two incredibly kind older women and two younger gentle men that were accommodating. However, the other two younger women (not the trainee)...were terrible and had unwelcoming faces as we entered the dining area and would often block our way and ask if we are even staying at the hotel. On top of that, do not get me started on how cheap and terrible the "continental breakfast" is. What a shame to call that a breakfast, they make it taste so terrible so you give in and purchase the Jamaican option. I have been to over 6 different hotels and high end resorts in Jamaica and this is the only one that does that. What a shame, it left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively.

Property and room were clean. Friendly staff.

Clean environment with fruit trees and clean pool. Decent breakfast. No shower gel. The canister for the soap was broken and was never fixed. Broken safe and difficult to use TV with remote that works intermittently.

Highly recommend and i will book it on my next trip to Kingston.

The location of this property was ideal

We thought the food was excellent. It was presented in a very professional and appetizing manner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the grounds which contained mature mango trees and beautiful native plants and flowers. The fitness center was well equipped and was a welcome amenity. We will be happy to stay there in the future and would like to see the re-establishment of the game room.

There is two side to this property. I was placed on the dirty side at the back. I stayed for 3 days and have to constantly request towels. No amenities was available in the room. The fridge were unplugged, no water , no shower gel. I have been to lots of hotels in Jamaica and this is the worst. I went for breakfast because they say it’s included I was charged for the coffee and juice. Definitely not going back. Tried canceling my reservation it was denied and they did not even try to make me comfortable or try to find out what was wrong like most hotel would do. I would not recommend to my friends at all.

The room was a nice size and clean. Check In was easy. Be aware with breakfast means continental breakfast. Jamaican breakfast is an upgrade and will cost.

We lived Hotel Four Seasons. We stayed two nights but wish it was longer. The grounds and pool are lovely. Rooms large and comfortable and the included breakfast was good. The staff are all very helpful. I would definitely stay again when I come to Kingston.

Room was clean, some rooms need to be updated. Breakfast needs improvement (complimentary breakfast every day is one egg, two slices of bread, tea/coffee, pieces of fruits and slice of cake; Jamaican breakfast cost extra). Staff is very professional/ courteous.

The rooms are very clean. It looked like half of the property was newly built, the owner need to update the other half (the bed on the older side is "hard like a rock", the bathrooms are falling apart, the A/C dosen't work and the safe looked like something you would see on the "Flinstones"). On a positive note, the athmosphere gives you a island feel. The rooms open to outdoor, outside has mango trees and flowers, the outside property is well maintained. The property is within close proximity to supermarkets, resturants, stores, and transportation. When someone visits Jamaica, he/she does not want toast and egg everyday for complimentary breakfast!! I would rather get charged an extra $20/25 per day to get the traditional Jamaican breakfast, that is why people travel to Jamaica (for the food and culture) we can have egg and bread at home (although you can upgrade to traditional Jamaican breakfast for extra, it takes away the pleasure). My initial say at this hotel was awesome (they used to serve Jamaican breakfast as complimentary breakfast). Now, I sometimes stay at Pegasus ( when I need an upgrade in the complimentary breakfast) but I don't like the enclosure. The staff is professional, they are very attentive, courteous and poised.

This was my first time and not sure if I will be back. The rooms are not sound proof at all. It seems like the other guest were in my room. The security guards allowed my driver to enter the gated property once only during my 3 day stay. We made complaints and nothing was done about it. Instead of lifting the gate to allow my taxi driver in, we had to get out each time and walk around in order to enter the hotel. Also, I ordered a simple bread less burger......and a chicken dinner for my husband.......45 minutes later we got cold food and his rice n beans arrived after he ate his chicken and mash.

Restaurant food guality and dining staff were great. Room and beds were clean. Shower was just okay; low water pressure. Bathroom was small; there was no shower gel or adequate soap. ICE was inconvenient and pool was dirty and unusable I would stay again due to the dining staff.

The property is old and need to be updated, especially the rooms. The rooms are large but the bed sheets looks like old dirty comforters with the ugliest color. Also, who has tubs in bathrooms still? Staff was very accommodating but there was no local food served at the restaurant except for curry goat which was not good. I would say this hotel is in a somewhat convenient spot close to food spots in Half way tree but needs some updating!

We had a good time at this low budget hotel. Which was close to local amenities and walking distance to half way tree a buzzing place.
