Our second time at the property, this trip exceeded expectations, our butler service was really helpful especially with kids. Seems the property made some meaningful upgrades since our last stay as well—good food, great entertainment, friendly and helpful staff. Overall, we had a great time!

I needed a break from thinking, as I am in an accelerated nursing program and we need those mental breaks! Stayed at the resort for 7 nights. We met a lot of friendly staff, Jermaine at the front, I asked him for [water apples/pomerac/malay apple] and he brought it from home for me. I haven't had that fruit in over 20 years. He didn't have to do that for us, but he did and I was grateful! Ronaldo, Dainocoy, Latoya, Chaze and our main guy Nicholai at the Ziva Pool bar went above and beyond to keep us happy. We spent most of our days there, swimming, catching a few drinks, playing games etc. We met some of the entertainers Carmela & Renaldo, hubby played Pool with Renaldo and Darts with Carmela. I would love to say I remember our servers but I don't, I know them by face though. Exceptional customer service for most part. I love the level of respect from most, but as with every where you go theres a few bad apples. I heard some of them say things without thinking. I am Trinidadian best believe I understand you! The room was cleaned like 4 times on my whole stay, snacks and drinks replenished. The views were beautiful, but the weather wasn't so great. Lots of windy days, so the beach was rough! Would I visit again? Yeah, but not any time soon. Will miss the bonds we made there though, Love y'all! Would I recommend? Yes, totally. I love that you have access to both properties and their events. The rooms were spacious and wonderful. It was a very good vacation! Xoxo

My son had the butler room. I felt he didn’t get the attention he should have due to him paying for the service. They were short of staff I see that. The hotel changed since I once were there. Not better!

The staff was incredible and so accommodating and welcoming! They were genuinely happy we were there. Great food and excellent service! I also had one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Taneisha CB was sooo good!!! 10/10 recommend!

This was overall a very good resort. The food was mostly very good. I'd say the buffet at Choicez was better than most of the restaurants which was surprising. The steaks served at the buffet were excellent. The staff was hit or miss. The Indian food was pretty authentic, Israil the Indian chef does a great job with that. Some staff members were great and very attentive and some of the staff at Fusion restaurant seemed grumpy and didn't want to be there. Overall the rooms were in good condition and the bathrooms seemed nice but some of the buildings need some work on the outside. The pool towels are plenty and the pool bathrooms were constantly being cleaned so...good marks for that.

The restaurant is outdated and isn’t a 5 star hotel in terms of quality, but we still had good time and the jerk chicken and entertainment were both good. The kids had a good time too.

A four person room lacks drawer space for more than 2 persons. Pack light, you don't need to bring as much as you think and enjoy the beautiful resort offered by lovely people in Jamaica. We loved our stay here!

What I did like about the staff when we first came was that the First Lady helped us and upgraded me and my daughter to a swim up room for the next day because I had yo save for this trip for my daughters birthday. The problem occurred when we got to the room. It didn’t have robes, one of the sinks didn’t work. The lighting was terrible. We also had an issue with the cards not working and we was told after the fact that can happen if cell phones are too close to it. NO
ONE MADE US AWARE OF THIS. Then the bell boys weren’t organized. I didn’t know who to go to and we missed our scheduled bus service but another came. I feel that the card situation probably happened purposefully not sure. Will I go there again? My daughter doesn’t want to go there anymore I’m not sure.

A fantastic family friendly resort. Entertainment was good and even the buffet was pretty good. Beach was clean and private. Wish the beach was bigger, but that would be the only downside if it is for you! Definitely might return with our extended family in the future!
