冷气不足，食堂又热苍蝇又多

I recently stayed at this resort with my partner. It was our first time in Jamaica and he had heard really good things about it. Since the minute we got to the resort we are shocked by the lack of costumer service people working at this resort had. Every single worker expect for one lady at the front desk were beyond rude. No one greets you, everyone seems annoyed to be there and they make sure to let you know that. We had a situation where one of the taxi drivers from the hotel got our number Becuase he was going to send us activities we could do for me and my partner. We told them we were there for our anniversary and he got my number down, he then proceeds to texts me if I wanted to go out which I told him no that we were just interested on excursion. He then sends a picture of a night club ladies free. I didn’t reply, he then starts calling my phone at 12am not one but twice and texts me “u going out?”. I talked to a manager about this situation next morning because we felt extremely uncomfortable and since he said he works for the resort we felt like we were going to see him again and we just weren’t comfortable with that hapeoend. They made me speak with a loss prevention manager who was so rude, while I was explaining the situation he was just scrolling on his phone. They made me write what happened and told me they needed to “investigate” never once asked to see my phone for proof or anything. Nothing was ever done Becuase of it and they weren’t apologetic at all. If

This is our 2nd stay here and never disappoints. Property, restaurants, staff, and entertainment are outstanding. Cant wait to come back for a 3rd. Sad to be going home.

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, rooms are clean and spacious and the food on the resort was very good.

The resort was beautiful. The food was above average. They had a lot of Jamaican food options, which is what I was looking forward to the most. The grounds were kept beautifully. They provided lots of good entertainment options. I came during low season and it was perfect, quiet, not a bunch of kids. The staff was pleasant, some more welcoming and helpful than others. Overall enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again.

Loved everything about the resort. They should consider keeping a few of the bars open a little later and possibly a 24hr place to grab late night snacks (pastries and light food like sandwiches). In addition to more hot tubs (on the Zilara side) make sure they are kept clean and completely functional.

Staff here are insanely attentive. Never had to worry about room service, lost our room keys & got them replaced instantly, always had someone to give us change for big bills, room service dining was speedy, etc etc. would recommend this place to anybody & will definitely be back! Dine at Fuzion & get the yakisoba you will not regret!

This vacation was awesome. My 2nd time and never fail. Hyatt is the way to go

A little disappointed with this one. When construction is taking place, the description should reflect this when selecting a property. Also, pictures of property should be actual photos! Price point was a bit excessive on this one.

Just more portions on the food

The hotel was disgusting. The only clean areas were the restaurants and around the lobby. The gym was out of wipes for the machines. The rugs in the hallway were disgusting and our room was smelled of mold. My husbands asthma flared up and he’s still sneezing and congested.

Every thing was wonderful

Everyone is friendly and kind, best food, buffet was good.

Excellent resort with abundant dining options and on-site entertainment & activities. Karaoke was awesome!! Not enough signage in the halls to guide you from getting lost. Will definitely be back!!

Staff is phenomenal

Resort was beautiful and the food was great.

The resort needed to have visible security monitoring of the areas. My husband and I were bullied by a couple verbally and it continued for over 15 minutes and no security or staff members were present. I was very disappointed.

Excellent staff, food for an all inclusive is outstanding. Beaches are beautiful. Great staff. Great service. I would give it 5 stars except for the annoying timeshare group called PLAYA. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!Scammers
