岚山辨庆

This was the most expensive stay in my trip to Arima Onsen, Kyoto and Osaka. Expectation was high. The start was good, the reception was nice, everything fine until the keiseki dinner. The first few courses were excellent. Then the quality if the following courses dropped. Waiting was long. We had ti sit for 20 minutes to have rice. Dessert was a joke, assorted fruits and ice cream had no traditional Japanese feeling. Not ended yet. When we returned to the room, the bed was not prepared as initially promised, to prepare while we had dinner. Next morning, no staff come to lead us to breakfast so we broke into a wrong room. A staff asked if he should remove our bed, and we said no need. When we returned to the room, the bed was removed. We have a feeling of privacy being intruded because we did mot prepare to let someone in. Overall is huge disappointment especially out of the high cost.

Great location and friendly staff. The dinner and breakfast meal are delicious.

這是個很好的住宿經驗，早晩餐都很美味，此次住宿剛好遇上小孩生日，飯店人員很貼心的準備小禮物，細心程度好的沒話說。

服務員的態度十分好，令人如沐春風，努力解決問題。晚餐及和式早餐都美味精緻，份量足夠。但在溫泉方面，雖有室內及露天風呂，但形式較單調，若加些按摩丶不同溫度的池便更好了。因客房不多，很清靜。

旅館坐落位置非常方便，鄰近多個景點，旅館屬於舊建築物，能感受到日本傳統文化的氣息，房間內窗外景致醉人能飽覽嵐山水光山色，旅館內有提供的晚餐及早餐，食物質素水準之高，每一道餸菜都是精心之選，唯一的缺點是房內沒有浴室及私家湯等設施，比較不方便，但也非常推介山景房間，值得一試

It's a very nice hotel for the whole family. They even provide Yukata to young kids. Hotel is in prime location and staffs are friendly and easy to communicate in English ! There is no garden open to the public but our river view room is amazing !

Best location and view In Arashiyama. Excellent services from staff and food is fantastic!

Great view and hotel! However, the service need to enhance compare to price. There was no shuttle to hotel and limited shuttle from hotel to JR. At dinner, there was one tiny material on sake but the staff did not show any concern about it.

i Like the onset as it is located just by the river. Gorgeous views from the dining room. The food is good, but I hope that the variety can improve.

非常無微不至的日式住房體驗，從登記入住開始至退房都很親切、體貼。 房間的榻榻米乾爽、不潮濕，非常寬敞，浴室乾濕分離、溫泉的溫度也很完美。 建議加訂飯店晚餐，是在房間內享用的日式餐食。 有機會會再入住！

Great location and great service

好窩心的酒店，很想在這裏長期留宿^_^ 晚餐的懷石料理十分棒，早餐有日式和西式兩種選擇，離開時下雨酒店的人員還帶著傘幫我們拿行李到車上，辛苦了

环境非常非常好，服务非常非常棒，料理非常非常好吃！没有缺点！

酒店位置就在渡月橋附近，很方便。可是以這個價錢來說一點也不值，我們是預訂了有私人風呂的4人房間，房間面積很小，窗外也看不到河景，房間感覺設備有點陳舊，本來最期特的懷石料理也感覺平平，其中一個服務員的面容態度很差，可能之前我住過北海道湯之川的比這個便宜3份之一，但所有東西都比這間好幾倍的相比之下，真的感覺辦慶不值一住。

The best ressort expensive I’ve ever had! Nice river view, nice service (yes!!! Every staffs here are professional and nice!!!), nice hot spring, nice nice food!!!! Really wanna come back again and again... In love with arashiyama and also arashiyama benkei! (Happy to see one of the staff who speaks Cantonese!!!!)

Great service, traditional Japanese style

整体很周到，旅馆保持得很干净，服务员都很好，可以在房间享用晚餐，家人都非常满意，早餐安排了坐在窗边位置看着湖景吃，心情特别舒畅。

This is an excellent experiences staying in Benkei. The services are great, staffs are friendly. Although we drove to there, but actually it is very easily to access to the train station, it takes around 20 mins to city center Kyoto. So, it has no doubt not to stay in such traditional, comfy hotel. There are many great spots around the hotel too. No worries about food, restaurants are plenty (they might close early). Great view, and fresh air.
