It’s very quiet and convenient. Close to shops and restaurants. Good for young people. For elderly it’ll be a bit far.

Friendly staff, clean and welcoming foyer. Room size is your typical Japanese standard size, bed tv mini fridge and a bathroom. Bed was firm which I prefer, however the only complaint I have for cleanliness is the pillow. Found pillow had an odour and it wasn’t the pillow sham. As to the location, it’s about 12 min to Dotonburi district, 10 min to Dotonburi Plaza where you can take a bus directly to Kansai Airport which is very convenient for approximately $18 CAD. No eatery directly at the hotel but walking distant 10-15min. Laundry mats close by and of course there’s a family mart across the way from the hotel. Overall great experience.

去到酒店發現枕頭係上位客人用過，仲要有污漬係上面，張床有頭髮嘅，打電話落去叫人換，佢竟然叫我自己落去 話唔夠人，我真心覺得下次唔會再選擇佢
