Very nice boutique hotel with nice interior. The staff are polite and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet. It is recommended if you don't mind staying in a smaller room and walking a little up the hill.

房間比較多塵，有空氣清新機在但看到裡面的濾網也是很久沒有清洗過的樣子，所以不敢用。除此之外整個住宿體驗是不錯的，地點是和惠比壽JR站距離大概10分鐘左右，但比較多斜坡路段，隨身行李比較多的時候會比較難走

The hotel is located 5-10 minutes walk from Ebisu station. The room size however is too small. To illustrate- we are not able to open our suitcases at the same time.

Me and my bf stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time. From a free breakfast, to many free goodies, to a pleasant staff we couldn’t be happier. For the price and location it was very easy to get around just 5 minutes to the train station. Only thing when you leave the train station it is an uphill walk to the hotel. Other than that I would recommend. The room was a good size. We were able to open 2 carry on luggage’s and the shower was huge. Overall would come again!

Overall great stay! And just want to ease any concerns of the hotel pictures showing the shower being visible to the rest of the room. There is a privacy curtain you can pull down so you won’t give everyone in the room a free shower show (unless you’re into that kind of thing — no judgement 😄). Five stars
