Very nice boutique hotel with nice interior. The staff are polite and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet. It is recommended if you don't mind staying in a smaller room and walking a little up the hill.

房間比較多塵，有空氣清新機在但看到裡面的濾網也是很久沒有清洗過的樣子，所以不敢用。除此之外整個住宿體驗是不錯的，地點是和惠比壽JR站距離大概10分鐘左右，但比較多斜坡路段，隨身行李比較多的時候會比較難走

未曾住過惠比壽這個區域，感覺好寧靜，環境亦都非常好。

The hotel is located 5-10 minutes walk from Ebisu station. The room size however is too small. To illustrate- we are not able to open our suitcases at the same time.

Good accessibility, big room, comfy bed and clean washroom, but sometimes has the smell of BBQ at night as there is a japenaese BBQ restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.

주변 조용하고 교통도 괜찮고~ 조식도 간소하지만 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다

はい お部屋の設備ですが 洗面台の排水音が大きくてとても気になったのとバスタブにカランからお湯を出すのに温度調節が安定せずに すぐ常温の水くらいに冷えてしまいました。 あと　清掃についても不満があります。 ブラインドのスラットが埃だらけ‥ 朝日が差し込んできた時に 気づいたのですが　ゾッとしましたね‥掃除が行き届いてないのを目立たなくするせいか　廊下が真っ暗‥。 朝食のポテトサラダなどもフードカバーせずむき出しのまま提供されていて とても食べる気にはなりませんでした。 とにかくどこを見ても清潔感なし。 衛生面の問題点も大きな課題として 欲しいですね。 あれこれ　ダメ出ししましたが これからぜひとも改善してほしいです。 わたしはもう2度と利用しませんが‥。

Très pratique, jolie chambre, très propre

The hotel was perfect for my stay alone in Tokyo. I booked the smallest room, which was just large enough for everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the fridge was appreciated. The price was incredibly fair for the quality and location. Ebisu was an incredible area for my stay, and this.hotel's value made it possible for me to stay there.

We enjoyed our second stay here. The room is quiet and comfortable and is a great proximity to other locations.

Great boutique hotel. This is my 4th stay there and it is perfect for my needs for business in the local area of Ebisu. Great location with just a 5 min walk to the Yamanote line, just 1 stop to Shibuya, or a four stops to Shinagawa to connect to airports and Shinkansen lines. Ebisu has quality local restaurants, a Family Mart right around the corner from the hotel, plus a larger grocery store near the station. The hotel serves a light western hot breakfast but it is all you need to leave space for the wonderful foods you can get in Tokyo! The room is large enough (20sqm +) , plus good sized bathrooms. I've never any issues styaing there, and this is my go to when doing business in Tokyo. Just book ahead if possible as it often sells out. In my case I at first couldn't get in for the dates I needed, but eventually I managed to book just a few days out. I recommend getting a Suica card on you phone for travel and that covers the majority of your Tokyo travel from airport to airport as a tourist or for business. You can download to your Apple Wallet and top up with Apple Pay or other credit card.

Nice staff. Rooms were ok. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to Ebisu station.

My room was large and had a great view of the city. Could see Mount Fuji on clear days. The included breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

vibe was immaculate. great decor and furniture. great amenities , great breakfast , great shower. hospitality and staff was fantastic. really awesome. neighborhood is quiet but also there’s a lot of activities to do and the train is a pleasant walk away. highly recommended.
