难忘的旅行，非常好的服务

日式房間 我們4人一房 但以4人計 地方太小了 晚上開了榻榻米床已無行走空間 晚上自助餐及早上自助餐都算不錯 距離車站不遠 但要座車約5分鐘車程

The hotel is not exactly near Hakone Yumoto station and the facility is a bit worn out, but the staff was really helpful and friendly, plus the breakfast was amazing, so overall speaking,we did quite enjoy our stay there.

飯店雖然在山上但是有登山巴士可以乘坐到門口很方便。房間有浴缸樓下還有大眾浴池分為室內跟露天的很棒。服務人員也都很親切。

Room size is quite well, butt all the rest are very old & normal.

Having booked the room including breakfast and dinner, the stay is worth the price. The food is good, especially for Dinner. The staff is great too. Will book this hotel for sure for next trip to Hakone!

酒店太舊，但帶點懷舊！周邊沒有甚麽地方觀光，但若为求放鬆，也是一個好地方。房間很大，但拖鞋非常難穿，穿得我好辛苦。食物一般。温泉有室內及户外，十分舒服，但户外温泉可被樓上嘅人看到，則太過份了！酒店服務員態度殷勤，還協助我地送行李上房，值得嘉許！

写真より実物は古い感じがしました。スタッフの方が優しかったです。24時間のドリンクバーや無料のカラオケなどアメニティがとても充実していたのが嬉しかったです。男性の露天風呂が無かったのが残念でした。女性の温泉はとても大きくて気持ちよかったです。夜と朝に温泉に入りました。夜には気づかなかったんですが、脱衣所から近所の駐車場が丸見えだったのには驚きました。また、朝に露天風呂に入った時に周りの客室や道路が見えることに気付き、もう少し目隠しを強化して欲しかったです。朝ごはんはバラエティにも豊富で美味しかったです。

Loved the Onsen and the amenities provided. Eat-in is kinda pricey so we ate Conbini food mostly. Walking to Hotel is not far from station BUT is uphill. The hotel has seen better days but overall it was the best value we found with on-site Onsen

The beds and pillows were very hard. Breakfast was OK. Take the K bus to and from the train station. The walk to the bus stop is dangerous because of blind spots in the street, so be very careful and walk on the shoulder areas of the road.The Onsen was good, men and women have separate areas. The staff were nice and helpful. You can take a shuttle bus back to the train station. It's more convenient and cheaper. You can take the K bus to the lake and from there, take the lake cruise to the Hakone Ropeway. From the Ropeway, I don't recommend the tram and the train route to the Hakone Yumoto station. It's too long and nothing to see.

The staff were nice and friendly, the room was a bit on the older side, but it was very large and japanese style with the beautiful view of the mountains. The only downside was the distance of the hotel from the station. We had to walk for a long time with a carry on as it only showed 15 min walk on google map, but we ended up walking for well over 25 min and it was very steep. I guess we had to get a taxi. The arent many restaurant close by so we ended up adding the dinner and breakfast whichw were both bau

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen. Sehr spezielle Zimmer, typisch Japanisch was cool war. Z.t könnten Fugen etc erneuert werden, sehen nicht mehr hübsch aus.

There was an onsen on site. That was the best part. I didn't like the room at all, dirty , barren with limited amenities.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a nice hot springs onsen included (although a small municipal hot springs tax will be added to your bill at check out.) The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the station which is a haul with baggage, especially because you have to climb a bunch of stairs. There is a bus but it doesn’t run frequently. Of course you can take a taxi. A minor complaint is that they have a low table and chairs set up in your room and you have to move them yourself to set up your futon. I appreciated the mattresses in the closet- we put them on top of the futon which made it more comfortable.

The free drinks in the evening were nice.

Good room bath facilities, good options and public bath as well. The sleeping foam mattresses were dirty, so we decided to use the usual Japanese floor futon mattresses.

하코네유모토역 근처에서 가성비 있게 료칸을 즐길 수 있는 좋은 호텔입니다. 하지만 노천탕은 개방되어있지 않아 사용해보지 못해서 정말 아쉬웠어요. 저녁식사와 아침식사 모두 만족스러웠지만 저녁식사가 가격을 생각하면 아쉽게 느껴졌습니다. 그리고 호텔까지 갈 수 있는 셔틀버스에 대해 미리 알려준다면 정말 좋을 것 같습니다. 첫날 20분 넘게 걸어가니 많이 힘들었거든요. 아쉬운 부분도 있었지만 정말 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아 숙소에서 좋은 경치를 볼 수 있는 숙소였습니다.
