施設は古かったけど、清潔にしてあり、くつろげるスペースもあり、ご夫妻がとても優しくフレンドリーでした。

This was a cozy accommodation with charm. The owner and his family were an absolute delight as was the free hot beverages they provide in the second floor public lounge. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us a ride to our restaurant of choice and he's even dropped us off at a nearby attraction.

親切で素敵なオーナーご夫妻が迎えてくれます。　閑散期という事もありましたが、静かでゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。　また利用したいと思うペンションでした。

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lodge was very convenient to the local gyoza joint which we went to three nights in a row.

The best part was the staff. Hazu and his wife, Hitomi, are friendly and go way beyond the call of duty. They are a charming couple anxious to help. We arrived in April, after the ski shuttle bus was finished for the season. Hazu picked us up at the JR railstation, and took us to Happo One Ski Resort each morning and picked us up each afternoon. He helped us make arrangements for our following destination. Our accommodations were cleaned daily. Staying in a smaller inn gave us the opportunity to interact with a Japanese family. Would definitely stay again!

The owner picked up and dropped me from Happo bus terminal. He drove me to ski resort and restaurant. The breakfast provided is excellent. Highly recommend!

Our hosts were absolutely the most amazing hosts ever - pick up and drop off to the local bus station; beautiful meals; helpful advice; discounted ski tickets; and just so so friendly - they became like family the first day. What the place skips in spark and pazzaz, it makes up ten times over in everything else that you will need. Honestly, I would rather stay here than anywhere else in this area.

予約後に人数の変更が生じてしまったのにも関わらず、臨機応変に快諾していただきました。ゲレンデのコンディションなども、相談にのっていただき スタッフのみなさんの温かさにほっこり。今回は素泊まりでしたが、次回は併設のレストランでのディナーつきプランでお邪魔したいです。

建物は古いが重厚な造りが感じられ、気持ちも休まる造りである。部屋は普通であるが、TVは小さかった。窓は2重構造で外からの寒気は余り影響がなさそうである。お風呂は大小2つあり時間ごとに占有でき比較的くつろげる。スキー、スノボーなどの乾燥室も地下にあり駐車場の側にある入り口から直接外からも入れる構造で使いやすい。私たちが泊まった時はほとんどすべてがオーストラリア系の人たちだった。食事はレストランが併設され好きなものを食べられるが、種類は少なく、OGビーフ等、選べる種類は比較的少ない感じである。朝食はシリアル中心で好き嫌いが有りそうに思いました。スタッフは親切でした。

It’s old, but great cosy little place with my own bathroom , walking distance to Hakuba base camp with plenty of buses. Would definitely stay again.
