客房寛闊丶温暖丶整齊，大浴場每日開放2次，有小買機供飲品或食物，職員親切，有免費泊車。

房子老舊了點，但是整理得很乾淨、員工服務也很好。

酒店房間已翻新，所以感覺10分良好，房間寬闊，房間價格便宜性價比高，下次到箱根都會租住這間酒店。

Very peaceful place.

住的是兩張單人床的房間，有廁所也有浴室，感覺是新翻修的，房間狀況維持得很不錯 價錢也很合理，唯一可惜的是沒有電梯，攜帶大型行李的要特別留意自己搬行李 服務人員很好，協助搬運行李。

可惜沒電梯 我們是老人家行旅扛不動到二樓 要視年紀安排一樓即可

Perfect room is quiet location. Need to drive.

The hotel locates in a quiet place, with difficulties to find the location, no restaurants and other facilities around. No elevator as well. If well prepared for all these inconvenience, this hotel is definitely worth a try, with its more than reasonable price. The hotel rooms seems to be newly renovated, large size, very clean and comfortable. I love it so much, would come back again definitely 💕.

清潔な室内は広々としている。部屋の場所や、その時の他の宿泊客次第だとは思うが、比較的静かだと感じた。駐車場は車を止めやすい。駐車場からホテル入口へは登り坂になるので、大きな荷物/重い荷物の時は苦労する。この導線が改善されると尚良い。

Great, affordable place. Just very out of the way. But it's in a beautiful area.

Les chambres sont vraiment bien: peu cher, grandes et dans un style japonais avec des tatamis, yukata. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil. Le onsen est aussi très bien équipé, cependant certaines personnes ne respectent pas les règles pour y entrer. Le lieu est calme, apaisant mais il n’y a qu’un seul resto le soir ( qui est bon ).

The onsen was a great experience, and the hotel itself was very clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The biggest downside was that the hotel was difficult to find, even after asking for directions several times. Another drawback was the limited food options on-site, with only a few vending machines offering mostly low-quality snacks and meals. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're looking for a clean, relaxing hotel with a nice onsen, but I recommend planning your meals in advance.

Chambre très grande et confortable. L'hôtel prête un yukata pour se mettre à l'aise. Le onsen est correct. Il y a des distributeurs automatiques de repas dans l'hôtel. A proximité du lac Ashi et à quelques arrêts de bus du point de vue Okugawa avec vue sur le Fuji.

Good hotel

The rooms were big and nice, great location, nice front desk staff. It was a little hard to get to and around with large luggage, but aside from that it was a great experience and right near Lake Ashi.

I stayed at the hotel only for sleep. I even have a chance to enjoy "onsen" because of my limited time. I didn't have an opportunity to talk with the staff very much because I arrived there after 10 P.M. The parking was large enough and well arranged, so I could easily put my vehicle. The dormitory type room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is always the potential problem because of the room type... snoring and chatting by other guests in the nighttime were somewhat bothering, However, over all, my experience was good.
