Hotel La Neige

第一天入到房打開衣櫃就發現上手容人的衣服留下沒有拿走。第二天淸潔後竟然沒有鎖門。實在太失望。。。.......

This hotel was absolutely incredible. It’s located just five minutes from Happo-One, which made getting to the slopes unbelievably convenient. The ski shuttle service the hotel provides is also fantastic. Whenever you want to ski, you simply go down to the ski concierge, let them know you’re heading out, and they’ll have all of your gear ready—clean, dry, and warm. Then they drive you straight to the mountain of your choice. It honestly couldn’t be easier. Yes, the hotel is on the pricier side, but it is absolutely worth it. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, and the service was truly impeccable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. I’m already looking forward to my next trip back to Japan, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The staff and service is second to none!

The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. They made the stay amazing.

食事は夕食はフルコースで朝食はオムレツ、目玉焼き、エッグベネディクトから選べる。とてもボリュームがあった。 壁紙やベッドにかけてある布の絵柄が素晴らしい。

部屋は良かったが、ソファーのシート部分が薄く、お尻が痛かった。見た目は問題ないが座り心地は改善すべき。

ホスピタリティー／おもてなしが最高でした。 イレギュラーなリクエストにも快く対応下さり、お部屋も水回りもとても清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 テラスでのお食事も最高に美味しかったです。　白馬に行く際には必ず再訪します！

El personal es muy amable, la parada para el autobús que transporta a las estaciones de ski está justo saliendo del hotel 3 min caminando, te hacen la vida muy cómoda y el desayuno es muy bueno y basto. Sin duda regresaría.

I have visited this property four times since 2012. The hotel is beautifully nestled in the forest and lit up with pin lights, the rooms are lovely and spacious and come with a deep plunge bath. It is convenient to walk to the slopes, on the main shuttle service and one can walk to surrounding restaurants, bars and ski rentals. But what stands this hotel apart is the impeccable service from the amazing staff. During ski season they lay out your warm ski/boarding boots at the door, and they help you get transportation to the lifts. At the end of the day they greet you at the door with a smile, take your wet gear and swap back your warm personal shoes. There is a lovely lobby for an apre glass of wine and a fireplace for roasting marshmallows. They help you find reservations to dinner and help you sort transportation to and from. I travel globally for work and leisure, from the smiles to the can-do, and truly helping guest I have found rare a team that could exceed in provincially my an amazing experience. So hotel I give top marks, and for the hotel staff, double that. 👍👏🙏

This hotel is gorgeous. The room had a separate living room with opulent furnishings. The staff was eager to help .

The best service I have ever experienced around the world! The staff here are amazing. Beautiful rooms with amazing views. The breakfast is a 5 course meal or buffet- highly recommend. They have a free shuttle service which saves you so much $ on taxis. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

The hotel service is exceptional. Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Is a historical legendary building.

設備がやや古いですが清潔感はあり、スタッフの対応は非常に素晴らしかったです。

美味しい食事とスタッフの皆さんの心地良いサービスがあり、大満足な旅でした。ありがとうございました。

よかった事 ・レストランのスタッフの方々が素晴らしかったです ・八方尾根まで送迎サービス ・森を眺めてのテラス朝食 残念だった事 ・西館が古くカビ臭い ・氷は有料 古い西館での宿泊でした。 説明を見ても古いとは分からずベットタイプで残りがダブルかツインのみ、ツイン希望でしたので西館を選んだのですが、古くて驚きました。 ロビーはカビ臭く調度品も古かったです。 清掃はとても行き届いていてキレイでしたし、客室はカビ臭くなかったです。 ただバスタブの排水が悪くシャワーを浴びていてもすぐに足元が水で埋まってきて排水溝の水かと思うと気持ち悪かったです。 コンセントも外れかけていました。 とても素晴らしいと思ったのはレストランのスタッフの皆さんの対応でした。 気遣いではなく心配りがあり、とても良くしていただきました。 それまでガッカリしていたのですが朝食での皆さんの接客で全て挽回されました。 ハード面さえ改良されていれば、より満足できたかと思います。

一泊二日の宿泊でしたが、送迎からチェックアウトまでスタッフの方々の素晴らしいホスピタリティに触れられ大満足な日を過ごすことができました。夕食も食材から拘って作られてることが感じられ感激しました。今回、私にとっては初めての高級ホテルの宿泊ということもあり少し背伸びしてしまった部分もあったのですが、誰も拒まないスタッフの方々の笑顔には救われました。いつか必ずこのホテルに相応しい人になってまた訪れたいと思います。

建物内はどこもカビ臭いけどステキなホテルだった。

森の中にあって、鳥のさえずりとか聞こえてすごく静かでリラックスできました！ 私は、唐松岳に登ろうと思って宿泊したのですが、リフトまでのアクセスもよかったし、他のお店にも行きやすくてよかったです！スタッフの方も気さくに話しかけてくれて嬉しかったです。オススメスポットも教えてくれて嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。
