Perfect room for solo traveler however very small room, too tiny for two people however very good for 1 person

Clean, spacious room. Conveniently walkable to everything. Close to all stores and restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly

We loved staying at the hotel! Close to the shops and the train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are more spacious than other hotels we've stayed at and not stuffy at all. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Clean place to stay and very walkable to anything

I higlhy recommend this hotel. Staff is really nice and the position is strategically located nearby the main transportation services. Room was very quiet and clean. The only downside was that the replacement towels didn't smell good. Don't miss to visit the shrine right beside the entrance.

Even if the rooms are small for American standards, hotel was excellent in every ways, staff, location, you name it. Thanks for having us

The rooms were small but everything else was great!

Very clean and nice quiet.

We had two separate reservations at this property. The room we got for the first reservation was not cleaned properly. We found someone else's pubic hair on top of the bidet control, as well as hairs in the bathtub. Also, there was so much dust on the countertops; it didn't seem like they wiped them down. The room we got on our second reservation was a little more cleaner. The hotel is in a good area, very quiet, close to the stations. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was really good.

Lovely hotel, feels new and the location is great. The staff are lovely and helpful. I loved my stay, and the only little issue, like with most hotels in Japan, is the size of the room, it was tight for two people with two pieces of luggage. If you are travelling light or can afford the largest rooms, I'd highly recommend.

Great location. Near enough to Akihabara to just walk over but not in the middle of all the noise. Right by the river for a nice view.

Love the freebies in reception including coffee and toiletries. Rooms are small, but manageable. Got a fresh towel and water everyday. Location is good too
