The hotel was great. Check-in was fast and of course, the hotel staff was very accommodating. Location-wise was near the train station and within walking distance to a lot of eateries.

The staff is wonderful and polite. They helped me with forwarding my luggage to the next hotel without a hitch. The room itself was exactly what I wanted for one person without feeling claustrophobic. I slept well and was comfortable the entire night I was there. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

All-around fantastic experience. Slightly smaller bed size, pillows slightly uncomfortable. Room is fairly sized and very clean. Great amenities available, including iron, shoe dryer, daily towel service, free waters, etc. Staff very helpful. Location excellent, very close to major train and metro stations and within walking distance to a great range of shops and restaurants.

The staff at Hotel Resol Akihabara were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. The amenities were above expectations, and the location was ideal—close to everything we needed. However, the room itself was too small for two people. There was no closet space for our clothes, and moving around the room was difficult. Additionally, the heating in the hallway was excessively hot. While we understand it’s winter, the temperature felt uncomfortably high and could have been better regulated.
