A 5 min de universal, el desayuno muy rico y el hotel estuvo muy cómodo. Las camas de muy buen tamaño.

I asked for my room to be clean they just done the bed and put in fresh towels. I would not stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is just across the road from Universal City Station which means it’s right next to Universal City Walk. Universal City walk is the area between Universal Studio theme park and the metro station and is packed with restaurants and shops. It’s pretty amazing really. Restaurants here are open to around 10:30pm which makes them excellent for the times when you need a late dinner. The hotel is pretty big. We have a room for a family of 3 and it was really spacious.

10/10 great hospitality and great location! It’s a Universal partner hotel so you get the perks of staying onsite.

Enjoyed the minion theme! The breakfast had many options and was delicious also. Very easy to enjoy Universal Studios & city walk, along with transit systems!

Great staff and all around accommodations

It’s a great premise to stay especially if you want to go to USJ, it’s clean and spacey for 4 people , and the train station nearby is nice too, it has great connection to other major tourist areas. The only downside is the laundromat, it needs to be upgraded to cashless so people don’t have to go find some small change to do the laundry, luckily there is konbini nearby.

The property is adjacent to Japan Universal Studios and Universal Citywalk. It is clean, comfortable and has wonderful service. Nothing to want for more. Outstanding.

No doubt of the location, the size of the hotel basic room is good. The only one thing is some space is designed fail ,because there are no place for puting on the laptops computer/ not enough space for a water kettle, small.item ,etc. They fixed a huge lamp on the table instead of let some space for the customer used. I personaly feel a bit disappointed .Since I known that japanese did very well designed for tiny interiors space .

The hotel is close to the park, city walk, and train station. You will smell and feel the cleanliness of the hotel as soon as you enter. I’m particularly satisfied with how clean and modern the bathroom and shower are. I will definitely book another stay here when I come back. No regrets with this reservation!

This is great Hotel, very close to the train station, Universal studios is 5 min walk, perfect after a long day of having fun. Staff very welcoming & speak English. Room service is great. Only issue we had is the bag transport service they provided did not deliver our bags to Tokyo at the time originally provided which caused us to have a full day waisted. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is not the closest to USJ but still very close and convenient. Our room faced the back of the property so the view wasn’t great but we didn’t stay there for the view. The room was set up for 4 people, and all beds had a set of pyjamas for us to use during our stay. The bathroom/wet room was clean and pleasant to us after a long day of travelling. All available toiletries and amenities are downstairs in the reception for us to grab. They also have lockers for guests to use upon check out which was very handy and helpful as we travelled with backpacks and didn’t fancy taking them around with us at the park.

Very good choice if you have a family for the universal studios but we are not so preferable a workout place that other hotels offered.

Booked five nights during visit to Osaka and USJ. Very convenient location to USJ, City Walk and train station. For Japan, the rooms are huge! They're probably designed for families/groups so for two people there is definitely more than enough room. USJ was only a five minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.
