Great location and value for money. Very comfortable and clean. Hotel is near USJ and at a very good price.

Very strategic location, just across from the Universal City train station. There is a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel. Each floor has a drinking water station. The room is spacious with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of tasty food. The most highlight is the excellent service and hospitality. Super recommended!

This hotel really provides an exceptional (the highest level) service and hospitality. Upon checking in, I was informed that one of my luggage's tires had broken during the expedition service's delivery to the hotel. The hotel staff, Miss Hidai in particular, really helped me, starting from contacting the expedition, addressing my concerns and requests, and including contacting the next hotel for special handling of my luggage later. The teamwork of the hotel staff was also perfect; They coordinated well with my requests and concerns. It's really beyond my expectation. Continue to keep up the best!

The location is very close to USJ, it is very convenient, especially after playing one day at USJ. The room is big for Japan Hotel. The rooms is very clean.

The hotel's strategic location for Universal and proximity to the station for Kansai make it an ideal choice. The ambiance is delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the room, bathroom, and complimentary amenities. I'll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Osaka.
