Location very good, the bed &pillow not good

交通便利，距離地鐵站近，附近有商店街，阪急百貨及地鐵地下商店街。唯一缺點是浴室抽風聲太大，無法關小聲

房間整潔，每天有清潔房間服務，交通方便。但在梅田地下街步行往酒店很易迷路，因地下街很大，每條通道也很相似。必需從East Hall 方向走，留意右手邊，行不太遠就會找到酒店入口。

地點方便， 房間乾淨， 設備充足， CP 值高

房間略小，可惜床鋪上有頭髮，隔音稍微不好，交通與購物蠻方便，個人覺得適合短暫休憩。

This is my second time be here since 2018. Location is great for transportation. Breakfast provided are fair enough as its compare with the other service.

接近梅田各大商場

Good location. Easy to go to Osaka station and most of the place within 30mins. Even no issue when there is raining.

The overall is good, the room is very small and good for only one big suitcase but It is clean and comfortable. The location is good, close to metro and it takes about 6-7 min to Osaka Station, also close to Umeda station. No free bottle water is offered but they have water machine for refill. I booked a double bed room, and good enough for me and my 8-year-old daughter.

Location is convenient to anywhere, mostly in walking distances. Services were great, just wish the room can be a little bit bigger for the size of room for two and three people were mostly the same, can barely open the luggage.

I'm so glad that I've chosen to stay in Ibis Umeda Osaka. Price is very affordable, it's HKD4XX to HKD5XX a night, even it's Japanese Golden Week. It's directly linked to the huge underground shopping mall which is directly linked to the train station. Even it's on a rainy day, you can still get back to your hotel without getting wet. Just look for Whitty (the name of a shopping mall) then exit no. 772. Besides the really huge shopping mall, nearby the hotel on the ground floor is the 24 hours Donki Donki and dozens of restaurants. Across the road is 7-11. Room is small actually, but just nice for a single traveller. The bed and pillow is so comfortable! The hotel is clean too, staff is nice and well verse in many languages. At night after I bought some drinks back to the hotel and ask for some ice, staff immediately went to the restaurant and get me a full bucket of ice! The only minor -ve thing that I can think of is, the hotel doesn't provide complimentary bottle water, but it's not a big deal, I usually go to 7-11 to buy 1 big bottle on the first day after checking in anyway. And thereafter can use the kettle to boil water and make some tea. Kettle is clean and quite new also. In short, I highly recommend whoever comes to Osaka to stay at this hotel!

服務人員非常親切而且很願意幫忙解決問題，飯店有提供洗髮精、沐浴乳、潤髮乳，牙刷跟牙膏片在一樓依照個人需求自取，阪急百貨很好逛就在旁邊，從機場坐到飯店直達不需轉車，到環球也才15分鐘，夜生活相較難波較少，適合有小孩晚上不太逛街的家庭旅客，美妝店不多，車站內有一間小間的松本清但貨不齊，還是要跑道頓掘、心齋橋那邊買比較齊全。美中不足的是這次住1003號房，晚上睡覺時有蠻大聲的機器運轉聲，反應給工作人員表示那是空調的聲音沒辦法關掉，後來我們自己買耳塞處理，但最後一天睡覺時就沒有聲音，疑似是某間房或飯店關掉什麼機器所以沒有聲音，若在意噪音的人建議自備耳塞以備不時之需，因為不確定會不會碰到像我們這樣的房間，整體而言非常好，下次我們還是會想再住這家飯店。
