房間和各項設施都還維持得不錯，也不會太小，這次選的樓層還可以享用lounge，這部分加分。房間的洗手間浴室的部分有些微的怪味。服務各方面都很OK唯一的是房間內的餐飲我使用過兩次房內教餐，第一次煮餐送來是錯的，雖然很快地補了上正確的。第二次我點的是壽司套餐，他們忘了WASABI, 這就像餐送來了，但是沒有給餐具一樣雖然是很小的部分，但是很重要。這個部分可能要再多加注意。

I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest. But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness. From laying our your warm ski boots out in the morning before you set off for the day, to welcoming you home after the day with your warm dry boots upon arrival, a lounge with wine and a fireplace to roast marshmallows to greet you. They are always there to help find a restaurant reservation and to sort out transportation. I cherish this staff and team. And this is what makes this property shine. 👍👏🙏

黒っぽい色やシルバーが多いせいか？お部屋のホコリが目立ちました。積もるほどではないですが、数日放置したように降ってきている状態。
コーヒーのマシンやトイレットペーパーのフタ、窓際はホコリもありましたが、全く私とは違う髪の毛とブラインドのバーのキャップが転がっていたり。
お掃除はされているでしょうから、空気中に舞っているのかと思うと…お金持ちや潔癖寄りの友人達に勧めるのは難しい。
あとは個人的に私が鈍いだけかも知れませんが、アメニティなど場所がわかりにくかったです。
収納する方が美しいものの初見は探し回り、疲れていたので少し辛かった。
もう少し視認性を高くしてもらえると嬉しい。
色々書きましたが、ホテルのスタッフさん達は印象も良かったし、高級感もあるだけに勿体ないなと…。
