This is my regular hotel in Tokyo. Have tried many hotels across the city and always come back here. Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, plus some great food choices within walking distance.

Clean room, friendly service

Amazing stay. We stayed in a suite for about a week, good size room and we had access to Club Intercontinental throughout our stay. Amazing addition, it included breakfast, afternoon tea, and nightly cocktails and small plates. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Good location, clean rooms, great service. The black out curtains were the best thing about the room. A busy hotel with lots of people in and out due to conventions.

The bed was very comfortable and they have the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had.

The room was spotless and the service superb. The only problem was the small size of the bathrooms.

Room was nice. A little pricey for the size of the room. Food options in the hotel were limited after 9pm. Great location for subways

Staff were friendly, hotel lobby and breakfast were amazing. Lounge was excellent. However upon arrival there was a bad musky smell in the hotel room that was mentioned to the front desk. They were kind enough to bring an air purifyer however the smell was still present in thhe room throughout my stay, the manager had tried to bring air refreshenors, and we tried to switch rooms (on the same floor) however they were not able to find a room on the same floor. Cleanliness of room was not the best as a result of this issue, and despite efforts by the hotel staff and house cleaning, the issue was not able to be resolved. Team did provide a box of sweets, and apologized for the issue, however smell was still present throughout the stay. Would suggest inspecting the rooms prior to next guest checking in, as this smell appeared to be trapped in the entrance of the room to the left area where luggage/briefcases are often stored.

A lovely older style 5 star hotel with wonderful service. Food and room excellent, spotless and well presented.

Good and convenient business hotel. What it lacks in exclusivity or luxury feel it makes up for with a great breakfast, large gym and nicely decorated rooms (redecorated ones) with mostly great views.
