The property was clean and the staff were very friendly

Perfect hotel for solo traveler! It is in a more quiet area of Tokyo away, but still a perfect location for food. There are 7/11 all around. I felt safe a female solo traveler here! A lot of accommodations!!

Good location, close to subway. Room clean and quiet. Area felt safe and had good range of restaurants. The hotel had a laundry area with washing machines (wash and dry) which allowed us to get our washing done at reasonable price. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel so can’t comment on how good it was.

The staff at the receptions were super helpful with luggage storage and inquiry on commuting. However, the room's air feels poorly circulated even though I had the AC on.

Location is great, lots of convenience stores and restos nearby, less than 5 mins walk to nearest subway station. Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Will stay here again.

The room was okay and what I would expect in Tokyo for the price I paid. The staff were super friendly and professional and overall I would stay there again. I think my biggest problem with accommodation in Tokyo is the tiny hotel rooms.

It’s a nice place for the night. For the price you may find something better but as a one off it’s good.

Nice & clean close to subway station & restaurant

This Hotel is in between two subway stations. The closest station is NinGyocho, and there is a direct line from NonGyocho station all the way to Haneda airport depending on what time you catch the train. There are also a lot of places to eat near the hotel and it's not on a noisy street. So, the location is great. Hotel check-in staff were very friendly. The room cleaner was particularly friendly and accommodating. Great service, great location and I would stay again.

Staff were helpful they had temporary convenient storage locker for the guest to store there luggage or backpack if you checked out or have not checked in yet

I liked how it was a convenient location. The check-out time was a bit early compared to other hotels I've stayed at, but they were able to hold our luggage so it was ok.
