Perfect hotel for solo traveler! It is in a more quiet area of Tokyo away, but still a perfect location for food. There are 7/11 all around. I felt safe a female solo traveler here! A lot of accommodations!!

Good location, close to subway. Room clean and quiet. Area felt safe and had good range of restaurants. The hotel had a laundry area with washing machines (wash and dry) which allowed us to get our washing done at reasonable price. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel so can’t comment on how good it was.

Location is great, lots of convenience stores and restos nearby, less than 5 mins walk to nearest subway station. Hotel is clean and staff are very helpful. Will stay here again.

The room was okay and what I would expect in Tokyo for the price I paid. The staff were super friendly and professional and overall I would stay there again. I think my biggest problem with accommodation in Tokyo is the tiny hotel rooms.

This Hotel is in between two subway stations. The closest station is NinGyocho, and there is a direct line from NonGyocho station all the way to Haneda airport depending on what time you catch the train. There are also a lot of places to eat near the hotel and it's not on a noisy street. So, the location is great.
Hotel check-in staff were very friendly.
The room cleaner was particularly friendly and accommodating.
Great service, great location and I would stay again.
