We stayed at this ryokan & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ryokan was quite modern with good facilities & amenities.
Our room was a jr suite with private open air onsen which was marvellous. We had very high quality beddings & slept well.
The communal public bath areas were also very nice.
Parking was a breeze, just in front of the property on the other side of the road.
The breakfast was good with many dishes.
We would definitely return

Excellent place. Great free drinks and snacks in the lobby. The staff were awesome. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast - very filling and varied daily. The twin room was a bit small and the mattresses a bit firm but that was the only downside. Would come here again.

千祈唔好經Exxxdia book 酒店，我早4個月前book,俾晒錢，收埋confirmation email,點知在早5日send 個message 俾我話double booking,由私人風呂改做普通房間，並且無提及過點賠償，而揾客服只得AI,最後仲要俾個AI block 埋,全程只有自己同酒店方面講數，試問在新年期間入住5日前點會揾到私人風呂房間，成件事都離晒大譜。

Actually we stay here for 7day!my first one stay at the normal room no private onsen inside,but another 6day my room is included the private onsen in the room!but the staff continue to sales us book the private onsen, actually the booking onsen is just next to my room!I don’t get it,and the breakfast is really bad experience! Every day is the same, I ever had in Japan, and they send those buffet leftover fruit to my room!

割引価格で飛びつきましたがホテルのレースのカーテンはビリビリ、ポットからは黒い変なものが出てくる。
浴場は床は畳の様な物で引き詰めてありましたが汚い。
