Room was spacious, enjoyed having a seating/dining area. Located in a clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to limousine bus depot to the airport. Staff were pleasant and helpful!

Great location. We took an airport bus to right around the Cnr to hotel. Easy walk and easy walk to subway also. Clean comfortable and excellent service.

Really great accommodation. Kitchen has enough and notice the detail of item that I know women has plan the kitchen item. Many hotel with kitchen has only basic but this place had more

Easy to get to, walking distance to subway and great restaurants close. Friendly staff and nice spacious comfortable accommodations. Brought 4 kids plus myself and it was perfect.

Great place to stay

Location next to TCAT with a 7 min walk was the best - easy even with luggage. The hotel has all amenities needed for a family including washer and dryer at a fee. There was a rooftop which was lovely. There was also a 24hr noodle shop one could visit if you are ever hungry, plus a Lawson’s just around the corner. The best was the service rendered by their staff, especially Sirhat, he helped us with a beautiful surprise in the room with balloons and banners for my daughter whom we celebrated her 15th birthday with. Great chain, will always stay at Mimaru when we visit Japan.

We like that it's super close to the train station, grocery seven eleven, and tons of restaurants within a walking distance. The room is very nice and comfy. The staffs are exceptional.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Conveniently located near TCAT to commute to/from both HND and NRT airports easily by limousine bus.

The hotel was great and very near the TCAT so it was super easy getting a bus to Haneda in 25 minutes. It isn’t that near the main Central Area of Tokyo but it’s not too bad getting there via the subway. The hotel room was clean and very large so super comfortable for a family of 4.

Staff were excellent!! So friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you! Rooms were perfect for our large family of 9, we had 3 rooms. We had a great time , would recommend!! Great neighborhood, very clean and safe!!!

Hotel clean staff friendly and helpful with ideas on sightseeing, how to get to and from hotel, booking tours and transportation, what to expect in different areas of the city, costs. Location of hotel is near to a lot of the sites and shopping district.

This hotel is not I. The heart of busy tourist attractions but it’s a short taxi ride from everywhere. Quiet location. 7/11 and grocery stores walking distance away

MIMARU suitengumae, wow what can we say? You set the standards high when it comes to family friendly, equipped accomodation, had everything we needed and also the option to borrow appliances. Kitchen had everything we needed, microwave and fridge just the right size for our stay. Plenty of bins and towels. Laundry downstairs is good and detergent provided already. We were close to TCAT so can get to airports easily. Warm and welcoming lobby. Last but not least, the staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful in spite of our lack of Japanese language. We would most definitely come back for our future trips😁 Only con I have is the pillows could be better, felt hard after a few nights. Thank you MIMARU Suitengumae team!!!

Great location and hotel is nice. the room was quite small though for 5 and had little storage space. I would with out a doubt stop here again though and recommend.

Fantastic property and fantastic chain. This one in particular is well located close to the subways and the City airport terminal. The staff were extremely helpful and I can only say good things about our stay there. The rooms are like small apartments so they are great for multiple travelers.

Accessible location to train and subway. Decent but not extensive dining options nearby. Very comfortable stay for our family of 4
