친구들끼리 방문하였는데 정말로 좋았습니다! 전철역도 가깝고, 도쿄 시티 에어 터미널 (T-CAT)과도 가까워 나리타/하네다 공항에서의 접근성도 꽤 훌륭하다고 생각합니다! 그리고 아무래도 숙박 인원이 많다보니 쓰레기가 금방 쌓이게 되는 면이 있어서 매일같이 청소 서비스가 있는 것도 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절했습니다! 체크인 시에 하나하나 다 설명 해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 다음에도 또 방문 할 수 있게 된다면 좋겠습니다!

The location is very convenient. The room is spacious and clean, the only issue is the toilet fan is not strong enough but overall are good. The staffs in the reception are very helpful and welcoming . My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Definitely will book this hotel again in the future.

Staff, location, room - everything was amazing!

Clean room, very helpful staff, enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Reception went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. Great location close by the Train station, easy to travel for daily activities and quiet at night. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

Love our stay at Mimaru, the front desk is very fluent in English and supportive to our inquiries. We were especially grateful to have received thoughtful post cards from the front desk on the day of our check-in and check-out. Great location conveniently located within 3 minutes of walking distance from T-CAT station.

The room was spotless and quiet. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They spoke English very well and helped us with making reservations for restaurants and luggage transfer. We truly appreciated their help and efforts.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. 子供が2段ベットがあり喜んでいました。 2泊しましたが、ベットの清掃はしてくれませんでしたが、部屋は良かったです。

Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Yuvi who replied to many of my questions prior. Key selling points - clean and spacious rooms. Free chilled water machine. Washing machine n dryer. Staff assist with luggage forwarding so you don't have to DIY. Bed rails and cot available. Kitchenette was helpful. Staff on site til 10pm so u felt relatively safe Areas for improvement - house keeping cleaned our room but didn't wash the dirty dishes we left in the sink. The wooden cot was too small so my 9mo baby often bumped his head on it which caused some concern. I really dislike hotel rooms that use carpet as you aren't sure if previous guests have worn shoes n contaminated the carpet. This was important to me as my baby is crawling. Not enough hooks in the bathroom and around living areas for bags n towels. 2 very silly things I must point out - the wooden furniture like sofa chairs, dining table had pointy corners which wasn't appropriate for my toddlers. I think rounded corners could be more kid friendly especially since that is Mimaru's target group. The bunk bed had ceiling-height wall shelf and there was a gap between it and the wall. My daughter thought it was a shelf and accidentally dropped her toy in the gap. Unable to retrieve toy Would stay again but maybe a more central location

We loved our stay here! The room is so spacious, have a kitchen but we only used the microwave and fridge during our stay. Close to airport bus terminal and train station.

Really nice area with a train station right next to it. There's also a transportation bus that takes you to the airport. Staffs are friendly and apartment hotel is big enough to fit in 5 or more people.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Walking distance to train, airport transport and groceries. Rooms were spacious with large toilet and shower. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Estuvimos en otro Mimaru antes en este mismo viaje que nos gustó más. No está mal pero las habitaciones en esta propiedad son más pequeñas y el metro no esta tan cercano, lo que si está a 3 minutos es el autobus limusina que va a los aeropuertos, por eso hicimos esta reserva y nos resultó bien. El personal siempre amable.
