房間設備不錯，只是空調聲音非常大，隔音也沒有很好

房間清潔舒適，有提供洗衣機方便清洗衣服

枕頭太軟，睡在床單，感覺痕癢。 浴室渠口，頭髮容易瘀塞。 首天入住，露台窗門冇鎖上，在窗外可進入。 其實整體良好。

房間很大，設備充足，隔音差樓上的一直跑跳，密碼鎖故障故障，業者有給一把房門鑰匙，若是門無法自動上鎖就要手動

Good: The room is cozy and large. Price is affordable. Room and surrounding environment is quiet Supermarket nearby with 1 min walk Bad: One station away from Ueno but not many shops and restaurants are here. No front desk staff you need to communicate remote with staff, in case of problem. In general, it is good and have nice living experience in here although the station is a bit of far away from city.

環境清幽，地點不錯離地鐵近，10分鍾內有7-11及超市

離入谷站地鐵站入口不遠，附近有一家大型超市及7-11非常便利，環境鬧中取靜，很棒😀

空間不錯，4個人住宿非常足夠，而且有餐枱以及廚房等設施，可以自己煮食，十分好

首次入住此類型酒店， 感覺不錯， 可煮食，房間整潔， 但有門禁，晚上12至5時會關門， 四周是民居，比較靜， 附近有metro, 但沒有電梯可搬行李， 去上野駅只是1站

clean, quiet, very big and comfortable bed, staff are helpful. Just one down side is difficult to get breakfast nearby in the morning.

The building is around 5min walk from a metro station and it is quite convenient. There are several restaurants and food / convenience stores nearby. The location is quite good. As a service apartment, there is only very limited additional service offered. It is not a problem if you don't stay a long period of time or you don't mind washing clothes by yourself etc. One issue is that the sound proof of the building seems not very good because I heard heavy noise of walking and jumping from the room above over my 4 nights of stay. Overall, it is a decent option for a family to stay in Tokyo.

There was not enough kitchen utensils. The bowls, cups and plates were old and dirty. Other furnitures such as sofa, chairs, table and end-tables were dirty too.

很棒的飯店，乾淨明亮，設施便利，有洗衣機，真的很棒，Check in 用平板與客服確認，非常快速，只能用日語/英語。地點很好，離上野，淺草都很近。

走路2分鐘就有生鮮超市，房間很大很舒適

A very comfortable room with a lot of space. It is very convenient to have a kitchen, washing machine, clothes rail, and vacuum cleaner attached to the room! There are supermarkets and izakaya nearby! Two double beds, perfect for a family of four!

Staff was great but unit had a odd smell of rotting

The room and staff were both lovely

The room was very convenient, in-unit laundry and kitchen were a great ammenity to have. Room was also very spacious.
