Very good location, close to a convenient train station, 8 minutes ( when taking the local train ) from Kyoto station.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Careful with train and bus times when getting back late , as the local train stops before midnight. An Uber ride from Kyoto station may be around US 23.
Thanks, I’ll consider this place anytime I’m back in Kyoto

A standrad double bed room with toliet inside. The room is small but really clean. Get in with key. There are two gates on the ground floor with one needs your room key to open. The staffs are nice. A big and comfortable open kitchen in the ground floor. The staff told my that the public area is cleaned every night.

房細，有空調，京都通常地貴房租的情況下尚可接受。步行5分鐘可到JR二條城站，同時有地鐵站，3分鐘內有巴士綫到主要景點。去嵐山及京都站只要3個JR站10mins. 落街有商店街。 好彩冇泊車揸車去泊，啲舊路好窄，冇時租停車場

Very good location, close to a convenient train station, 8 minutes ( when taking the local train ) from Kyoto station.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for few days only but it was a great accommodation. Friendly staff, easy to check in and check out. The rooms are small but enough space for medium suitcases. I really recommend this stay in Kyoto.

The area was right by a shopping mall which was incredibly convenient, the room had an AC and control over the temperature of the water, along with a hotplate to cook things on and an electric kettle.

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.
In the rooms tou get a kettle, fridge and 1 ring IH hob.
The beds were very comfy.
