Very good location, close to a convenient train station, 8 minutes ( when taking the local train ) from Kyoto station.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Careful with train and bus times when getting back late , as the local train stops before midnight. An Uber ride from Kyoto station may be around US 23.
Thanks, I’ll consider this place anytime I’m back in Kyoto

We stayed for few days only but it was a great accommodation. Friendly staff, easy to check in and check out. The rooms are small but enough space for medium suitcases. I really recommend this stay in Kyoto.

The area was right by a shopping mall which was incredibly convenient, the room had an AC and control over the temperature of the water, along with a hotplate to cook things on and an electric kettle.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. But I will say that I thought it was clean and had what I needed. This was probably the smallest hotel I stayed at in Japan and I did feel a little claustrophobic while here so I can't recommend a long stay here. But if you are looking to save a bit for a few nights this is a solid option.

Very great multilingual and efficient staff! The hotel and the room was very neat and clean! They also provide with free slippers, razors, hairbrush, and toothbrush with toothpaste. It is a great budget hotel that comes with a kitchenette, which is a bonus that a lot of budget hotels do not have.

This hotel had everything we needed for a quick stay, good beds and bathroom, handy to station and great to have the communal kitchen/living facilities. Appreciated being able to store our luggage, recommend!
