到銀座逛街很方便，附近有便利商店和小型藥妝店，但房間的品質和房價不成比例

The room is very tight as it is in Ginza. We booked the bathroom with Tokyo tower view this time and it was slightly larger than the last time the regular room. The breakfast is very nice: variety of choices both Japanese and western style.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and the experience is consistently good. The staffs are very helpful and service was great. The only thing I might not be used to is the eco-friendly house keeping was a bit too simple. If the staff can also make the bed on top of changing towels and empty trash can, that will be even better.

I booked the Tokyo tower view room, the toilet is stinky as hell, it’s so gross!!!

Overall it is a nice hotel. The only reason I give it four stars because there are few long hairs on the bathroom wall.

Perfect hotel. I´ve been twice in this hotel and I´ll keep coming.

最初訂的兩間房間冷氣並不涼，即使調到最低的 18 度也沒有改善，整個房間都相當悶熱，一開始向櫃檯到男性飯店經理反應時，對方甚至輕挑的告訴我們可以試著打開窗戶，即使位於 22 樓的房間根本不能打開，我不確定這是不是這間飯店平常應對顧客的方式，這是個危險且不實用的建議，讓人感覺被愚弄。 後來換了房間，冷氣運作良好。整體而言，飯店雖然明顯老舊了一點，門把等金屬已經斑駁，早餐非常普通，但用作休息並不差，櫃檯也相當親切，只是飯店高層處理顧客問題的方式糟糕的令人難以置信，光憑這點，我相信同樣價位的住處可以有有更好的選擇。

浴缸及淋浴位置出奇的大，喜歡浴缸旁邊就是一面小窗，可以一邊浸浴，一邊欣賞東京夜景！整體留宿感覺舒適！ 樓下就是Donki Donki ，適合夜貓及愛購物一族！

Check in過程比較慢，其他都很好。

It has been a great experience staying at Ginza Premier. Hotel, location, breakfast, train lines, hotel view and hotel employees...all in all a great stay.

The room was not 100% clean. When we first entered the room, we found chips on the floor underneath the sofa area. Informed the reception in the next morning and it was dealt with after room make-up. We reserved a taxi at 0700 on the day we checked out and required assistance at the reception to confirm the taxi number. Several minutes have gone by without anyone being there at the reception. Trying to approach the reception at the restaurant (which was just next to the reception) for help by calling someone, yet the restaurant receptionist insisted that he was not a hotel receptionist. Probably a language problem, but just not very helpful. We ended up almost entering the staff room and screaming hello for help... Hope there is perhaps an assistance bell or something so the staff could be notified immediately when someone needs urgent assistance.
