Very convenient location! Just in front of donq , short walk to konbinis and stores. Great coffee just 1 min walk from the hotel ! And discover 2 halal eateries just around the corner

Right by the train station and near ginza shopping street!! Across the street from a Don Quixote. Convenient, safe, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and amazing food options around. The rooms were very nice, some of the best I’ve seen.

The staff was really nice and helpful. But that’s as far as the positives go. On my previous stay this hotel was great, I’m not sure what happened in the past few years but the cleanliness and amenities have gone downhill.
There are other hotels in more convenient areas of Tokyo that are cheaper and have more amenities. There is no self laundry option here. They had given us pillows that stank so bad we had to switch them, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and switched them right away, but it smelt so bad I wonder how someone thought it was okay to put on our bed.

The room was not 100% clean. When we first entered the room, we found chips on the floor underneath the sofa area. Informed the reception in the next morning and it was dealt with after room make-up.
We reserved a taxi at 0700 on the day we checked out and required assistance at the reception to confirm the taxi number. Several minutes have gone by without anyone being there at the reception. Trying to approach the reception at the restaurant (which was just next to the reception) for help by calling someone, yet the restaurant receptionist insisted that he was not a hotel receptionist. Probably a language problem, but just not very helpful.
We ended up almost entering the staff room and screaming hello for help...
Hope there is perhaps an assistance bell or something so the staff could be notified immediately when someone needs urgent assistance.

Expect tiny rooms and no bell hop service. Breakfast was decent. Location was great. No amenities. Not even a yard just a lobby and the rooms. I think it’s best for business where you just sleep, shower and are off.

Same as with checking in...checking out was a hassle. They claimed they had made a mistake when I checked in and required me to show my passport for them to photograph. The room was already paid for so technically I could have left the key cards in my room. If there was an error, why didn't they just call my room to tell me to come down to rectify? Also, we had two drinks each in the bar while housekeeping was cleaning our room to the tune of 7500 JY. Not great drinks, very small. I ordered a bloody mary just because it was on the menu and they made it with tomato juice.

There were noticeable stains in the bathroom that could use more thorough attention. Additionally, the elevators had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, possibly due to the presence of smoking rooms or floors within the hotel.
Overall, while the location and service are strong positives, improvements in deep cleaning and ventilation would greatly enhance my experience.

Much appreciated.. save us the time and effort.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They held our suitcases until it was time to check in and had great recommendations for restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend it to any one planning on staying in Ginza. If you're traveling to other cities in Japan you should ask about shipping your suitcases to other Mitsui hotels. This service saved us so much time and energy. Thankful we didnt have to lug everything on the Shinkansen and everything got to our next hotel the next day.
