Great hotel! And the staff is really nice! The location is convenient! And as we travel as a family of 4, using PIN code to access is really convenient instead of using room key. Near the hotel there are 3 convenience stores - Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11. The room is clean and big enough for 4 people to open suitcase at the same time!

Good apartment for family having dining table and washing machine during the trip. The staff are polite and helpful. I will definitely come again for my next trip to Tokyo. May be this time will request upper floor for better view.

Best accommodation for us as a family of 4. Everybody has own bed. Room is very big by Japanese standard. Location is great, close to subways and easy to get from either Haneda (subway or monorail) or Narita (limousine bus to Shiba Park Hotel). Loved the washing machine/dryer and oven/microwave in the room, free washing powder. Password for room so no worry about forgetting the key. Finally, the best part is the staff: very friendly and helpful, can speak multiple languages. Recommend to families.

酒店近著大門站同濱松町，算係大部份景點嘅中間位，去新宿/台場都好近。酒店行去大門站大約5分鐘，濱松町就大約10分鐘。 附近好多便利店同食肆，係冇乜購物景點。

I looked up a hotel in the neighborhood after our flight got cancelled. I wanted to find something big enough for the five of us. This was the first one to appear in the list. The room was very spacious and clean with modern amenities. We arrived after surrounding restaurants had closed, but there was a convenience store very nearby so we brought a feast back to our room and sat around the dining table to relax.

Highly Recommended. Clean rooms, comfortable space. Nice location- Close to several train stations, convenience stores and restaurants. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. Gentleman at front desk went above and beyond to help us with our luggage delivery to our Osaka hotel by filling out our forms and contacting hotel to make sure they would accept luggage. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Nice, clean, and very convenient with small kitchen and washer/dryer

가족 여행으로 선택 했습니다. 일본에서 이정도 사이즈 찾기 좀 어려운데 실제로 보고 맘에 들어서 근처에 다른 숙소 잡은건 취소 하고 가족들 한 방에서 잤어요. 하루밖에 머물지 않아서 아쉬웠지만, 다음에도 또 올것 같아요. 하마마츠쵸에서 10분 정도 걸리는데 지금 남쪽게이트가 공사중이라 에스컬레이터나 엘베가 없어서 가방이 많으면 그게 힘들지만, 그게 아니라면 위치도 꽤 좋은편. 스탭분은 영어로 설명 잘 해주셔서 좋았어요. 매우 친절하신 남자분이 한분 계시더라구요. 다음에 또 이용 하겠습니다!
