Clean room

A mini apartment in a great location in Tokyo. Surprisingly quiet but central, surrounded by lots of convienent small businesses such as cafes, resturants, and convenience stops. The room was very clean. The Kitchen was surprisingly useful even though I didn't use it much during my stay. Fridge, Freezer, stovetop, Microwave, benchtop oven. The Manager was very lively, welcoming, and remembered each guest's booking name and would welcome and greet each main guest by name when they left for the day. I was pleasently overwhelmed by the behaviour of the Manager. The only downside is the bed situation. The listing says "sleeps up to 6 people" but in reality, the most each room would ever sleep up to is 4 people. The room is set up for two single beds, and two bunk beds (top bunk bed is a pull down). My room has the two single beds pushed together to "make" a larger bed, but in reality it failed. You could not embrace a loved one in the same combined bed without one person falling between the two mattresses. Ideally, the property manager would need to ask if one or two beds are required, then strap the two mattresses together is only one bed is required.

Excellent service and friendly people

The staff is extremely helpful and kind! We stayed at a sister property and transferred our luggage to this property from Kyoto. The process was extremely easy, the rooms are clean, and the location of this property is very close to Tokyo Tower! Definitely will stay at this location again

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Room is clean and quiet. Staff are very nice and helpful. They also provided laundry detergent, good quality soaps and shampoo, etc.

Close to Haneda, plenty of convenience stores around, many local eateries nearby that are delicious, room was super clean, well stocked with amenities, LOVE LOVE THE FULL HOUSEKEEPING - they do a super clean, top up of amenities, PLUS a full change of all the bedsheets. Daily towel change - including face towels. Third stay for us. Washing machine/dryer in the room was so awesome and convenient - well thought of with many hangers and rack for drying if you prefer to hang them up - the heater in the room will dry them overnight while you sleep. Many train stations near by to get to, Bonus was 2 stops to Ginza + Tsukiji Market. Totally nice vibe, not hectic crazy like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Definitely will stay again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great amenities. The washer and dryer was great! The only issue is the Japanese mattress and pillows are a lot firmer than what American are used to. Clean and useful mini kitchen . We used for quick breakfast. Highly recommend staying in this place, especially with family.
