舊式日式酒店，職員英文有限

位置方便，房間整潔安靜，雪具的dry room也很大

The mattress and pillow gave me a back and neck pain. 200 meters walk downhill to chair Lift was acceptable. 500 meters walk uphill to welcome center was a torture especially with luggage. Should have provide shuttle like most other hotel in the area.

The good thing about this hotel is about 5 minutes walk down to hirafu intersection or the Ace family chair Lift. I saw some other comments saying you can ski in ski out but I asked the hotel staff and she said you have to walk down. For the facilities , you get what you paid for. Nothing fancy. The biggest problem is walking up the hill to the hirafu welcome center. (Bus station) it's a 500 meter , 10 minutes Abe a 2200 steps walk........with all your luggage , ski and boots. OMG, that was the biggest workout of the week. (Most hotel on the hill provide shuttle) Taxi wouldn't come because of the short distance. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN UNLESS THEY PROVIDE SHUTTLE TO AND FROM WELCOME CENTER. I'm too old for this

舊棟房間沒有廁所,洗手台,衛浴,得出房間使用,浴場要走到新棟去使用,新舊棟連接為二樓處,所以要爬樓梯上上下下,舊棟沒電梯要搬行李上樓梯.房間乾淨,但已設施來看一晚價格非常貴. 早餐真的好吃

以地點來說，價格勉強接受，至少和附近高級酒店比，應該算平實。和雪具rental有配合，rantal的價格也很合理。早餐不差，但也稱不上好。適合一群朋友來住日式房。

Toilet facility should be improved. Breakfast food refill more so that people coming down after 8:30 pm still have reasonable amount of food

Hotel is located in the middle of everything. Few mins walk to one of the chair lift. Convenience store and restaurants are on the same street. Hot bath is nice and clean.

早餐以在雪場來說真的很豐富，有機會還會想繼續住在這。

位置很方便，對面就是便利店和藥房，附近還有很多餐廳。到租借滑雪用品和ski lift 都很方便。酒店的早餐挺豐富。而且又溫泉設施，話說後可浸溫泉，舒服極了。酒店老闆的小朋友經常在酒店出沒，非常可愛。

Right I the center of Grand Hirafu area. Hotel is newly renovated, I guess, so that the condition is very good. Easy access to Family course so it is almost a ski-in-ski-out location.

Nice experience overall. Stayed in a Japanese hotel room, which was quite comfortable. Not all staffs spoke English very well, but were nonetheless very polite and helpful. Location within walking distance to ski area, and snowsports equipment storage at ground floor very convenient. One minor catch was the in-house onsen, facility was bare minimal and many users did not follow general rules(not the hotel’s fault though). Breakfast could be improved as well.

5 mins walk to lift

入住本館日式榻榻米房（可吸菸），在check in時，原本的房間煙味呀些重，櫃檯服務人員有幫我更換到其他較無煙味的房間。入住期間服務狀況不錯，喜歡附設的溫泉，可在滑雪後紓緩肌肉疲勞。 缺點是隔音沒有很好，所以住客水準影響較大，但基本上入住期間住客品質都還算不錯。 可以直接從裝備乾燥室出來後，滑行到Hirafu family lift那邊買票或換票，不要廢力走到Base。快接近Ski in/ski out的位置。 餐點不錯吃，喜歡早上的水果 飲料跟麵包，還有炸可樂餅與魷魚圈。

Nice hotel , close to ski centre

房間有煙味，但旺季來說這個價錢及地點是不錯選擇，旁邊就有便利店同拉麵店。 沖涼地方、洗手間、洗面地方要共用，有啲房間得樓梯先到達，要搬行李行一層，喺酒店內出入都幾唔方便。 門口就有shuttle上滑雪場，滑雪好方便。但要攞住喼去welcome center坐車就麻煩啲，因為shuttle唔俾大行李上車。職員話，的士都唔載（因太近？）

Hotel equipment is fair, however they have very nice public onsen bath. Open for 24 hours except cleaning time. Small convinient store next to.

環境空間較小，CP值較低

Only bad thing I find is that the front desk staff doesnt help with calling taxi. So if you need a taxi on check out, make sure you book one ahead of time. Otherwise you can push your luggage up the hill to hirafu welcome center if you are catching a bus (doable)
