Great location and close from the ski resort.

Staff Tidak Bisa Membantu Disaat Tamu butuh transportasi, sehingga tamu harus mencari sendiri transportasi yang dibutuh kan. Sangat sangat mengecewakan.

Very good location to stay and good window view to outside

First, it wasn’t foreigners friendly. The front door was closed, no other English words except closed. After waiting for a while, We finally found a way to call them, but to no avail. The guy just told us to wait. So we waited, thinking that he’d open... but he never did! We walked around the perimeter finding another entrance perhaps. We found one. It was smelly and messy. We took the chance. Finally, after a maze-like, up and down route, found a way inside, and found the front desk! Oh there was another entrance! On the other building. If only there were English words to explain! Then when we finally got to the room, it was ok. Small. Not worth its price. Then we asked for toothbrushes, but the front desk said they only give if you stay for three days or more. But the next day, after our ski trip, we found toothbrushes by the cabinet. So what was that? They weren’t in the mood yesterday? We are not going back to this hotel ever!
