The best thing about this hotel is the ‘rain’ shower by far. Good water pressure and perfect after a long day exploring. The next best thing is the location connected to the Shin-Osaka station which is where you get the Bullet train (Shinkansen) as well as some local trains. It’s a great base for doing day trips so you don’t have to carry all your stuff around. I did day trips to Kyoto (take the JR Special Rapid train). This station also has the Osaka Metro Midosuji line which takes you south through Umeda and to the Namba and Tenoji areas. There is not much surrounding the station but lots of good food options inside the train station. The hotel is also on the domestic airport flight path but I couldn’t hear any noise from inside the room. The rooms are modern and clean. I couldn’t get my air conditioner to work so it was an uncomfortable first night sleep but the next day I asked the room attendants and she got it working with a couple button pushes. The only down side was they need shelves or a small bench or table near the front door to put your bags as I had to lay all my items on the floor. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is literally above the Shin-Osaka Station, making it very convenient. Room was a bit tight, but very pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair in the room. Impressed by how clean the hotel was. And the slippers and pajamas were nice! I would love to go back and stay here again. I just wished they had bigger and clearer signs of where the hotel entrances were. I took an Uber to the hotel and there wasn't any Remm Hotel sign from the street. I didn't know that the main hotel entrance is on the 3rd floor inside the station. I carried my luggages around the block looking for the hotel, only to find out there was a small sign above a door in the inner curbside that is not easily visible from the street. It was really confusing at first.

Good and convenient location. Room is fine.

Super convenient hotel, helpful staff, excellent amenities. If you plan on getting to Osaka by Shinkansen and wish to leave at a very early/late time, this is the perfect property. It is directly connected to the train station so reaching it is a breeze by bus, high speed train, local train, or subway. Do note that early morning Shinkansen access requires a short trip around the exterior property to access unlocked station doors, but it is a minor matter. Some rooms have an excellent view of the trains below: perfect for railfans. One design that may be an issue for some is the bathroom window configuration. At least in my room, the toilet and shower were between the bedroom and outside windows, with windows looking into the bathroom to allow light into the bedroom. There are curtains that can be pulled down to cover the bathroom, but there are slight gaps at the sides. This shouldn't be a problem for a family or couples, but may be uncomfortable if you're traveling with someone you're not so familiar with. Perhaps not all rooms are designed this way, but ask if it is a concern. Overall, an excellent location I'd gladly stay at again!

The staff is always so helpful and you can't beat the location. Just take the elevator down and you are in Shin Osaka station. From there you can literally go anywhere in Japan. There are also a ton of restaurants from which to choose in the station as well.

The location was the best, close to the station. Easy to get around. Very clean room, and great views.

Excellent location to get around Japan for tourism. The hotel is geared to offer you convenience and comfort. With stay in this property if I am in the Osaka region.

Quiet

The location of this hotel is amazing—it's actually inside Shin-Osaka Station, which makes it very easy to find when you get off the train. The room is extremely small, so if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, it might feel too cramped. However, it's very clean and modern. I will definitely stay here again.

Tiny room but thoughtful perks such as a massaging chair and an amazing rain shower with a luxury view! The best part is the convenience of being in the station so you can easily come and go to all destinations! I would definitely stay again.

Excellent service. The hotel received and stored our luggage for free which made it so convenient for our stay in Osaka. Highly recommend!

Staff very accommodating, especially front desk. Nice appearance, room fine but too small - and who thought you’d want a huge massage lounger in the small space between the foot of the bed and the wall. So convenient for trains.

You can't beat the location. Within Shin-Osaka station. You get out of JR Shin-Osaka station (Shinkansen Chuo-guchi), and you will see the hotel entrance. I was traveling alone and needed a place close to the station (I didn't want to walk with my suitcases). Very clean. My room was small, but it was expected since it was right in the station (technically building connected to the station). I will return!
