Connected in Shin Osaka Shinkansen station.. Many resto and cafes downstairs.. The reception also very welcome explaining in English fluently.. The best is they provide massage chair in my room. Very recommended.

We definitely barely had any room for our luggage, but the location of this hotel is prefect. We were easily able to go out and find something to eat. I would stay again just for the location. They als do keep the room clean and are good about daily towels and water bottles.

Room was clean, very small, but well equipped with a good bathroom and massage chair. I was given a breakfast voucher too to eat at the Vietnamese restaurant right next to the hotel entrance.
