The room size is enough for 2 people to move. We have 2 regular luggages and a roller hand carry bag. A little bit hard to move but manageable. The location is good and saves you time to travel to the train station. Breakfast at Tully's Coffee or McDonalds was outside the main entrance of the hotel.

Right above shin osaka station, can get use to in finding and knowing the exits but once you get the hang of it pretty easy to navigate to. Rooms are small but expected given location. You are paying for convenience of being able to get in and out of the station.

Good location, clean room, and limited breakfast options — better to grab something elsewhere. There’s a McDonald’s a minute away.

Fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff, clean rooms, and the best possible location! I had booked it because it was right on the station. Didn’t expect to find such a beautifully designed, immaculately clean hotel.

This hotel is in the same building as the Shin-Osaka Station (Bullet train). You don't need to step out to a busy street. As close as you get to the station. Although the room is on the small side, it is normal in big cities in Japan. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which we liked. The room had all the necessary amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner, a refrigerator, a pot, coffee and tea, a toothbrush and razor, etc.(you need to pick up some necessary items at the front desk). They also gave us free bottles of water. The staff were all kind, polite, and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet with darkening shade. The breakfast was served at a Vietnamese restaurant in the same building. They had three choices: Japanese-style, Pho and Banh-mi combo, or Pho and curry combo. The drinks and desserts had many choices and were in buffet style. It was more than enough we would normally eat for breakfast, and all tasted great. We stayed here because our plan changed unexpectedly due to weather delays, and we arrived at the station very late. We would stay here again, especially when we need to catch a train very early or arrive very late.

everything was fine just have to get accustomed to tight quarters but for the price of stay and convenience to the shin kan sen tracks no place better

Very expensive laundry, but there is coin laundry 5m walk away. Room are very small, so mostly designed just to sleep. Shower is great. Location is amazing if you go for day trips, it is inside Shin Osaka station by Shinkansen terminal.

Quirky. Lovely views of the city. Very helpful staff. Comfortable room.

The smelly bathroom is 2 feet from the bed. Extremely small and photos are misleading. They apology a whole room in one picture.

Best location. Love the ease of connections to multiple trains. There's also lots of food, convenience stores, etc. in there so we were never hungry. The room was tiny (as with most Japanese hotel rooms) but it was all good with us. I enjoyed the corner view and the massage chair! It was a pleasant stay and would book again if given the chance!

We definitely barely had any room for our luggage, but the location of this hotel is prefect. We were easily able to go out and find something to eat. I would stay again just for the location. They als do keep the room clean and are good about daily towels and water bottles.
