天成园 小田原站 别馆

Room condition is great. The bed is comfortable and the area is large for a single bed room. Location is very convenient and the path is covered which there is not much problem when raining outside. However, as my room is facing the train station, thus it was quite noisy until midnight. Moreover the wifi connection is poor.

隣近就是小田原站，3/F 和周邊很多用膳地方，非常好。只是有提供早餐的食肆較少。 房間寛敝，溫泉浴場很好，還有 steam bath。

酒店設備新淨。交通十分方便，JR 車站下車後，落雨也不用打傘便能到酒店。温泉尚可。

The room is new and clean. But I think that could improve the blind. Somehow light can get into the room and may cause trouble if you are a kind of sleeper that is sensitive to light. And the noise insulation is a little weak.

The staff at the hotel were polite and nice. I appreciated that they made an effort to explain things to me in English. They also sent me detailed guidelines for getting to the hotel which was very helpful. The stay at the hotel was comfortable and it was convenient to go shopping in the area. However, there was some noise from the nearby train that was a bit disturbing.

小田原は、いい町　チェックインして、夕食は、16時ぐらいから駅ちかの飲みやから海鮮居酒屋に、うまくて彼女は、大喜び ホテルに、帰って大浴場で、サウナと温泉ゆっくり入って寝ました。静かで、いい夜でした。洒落た町並みも気に入りました。

Wanted to stay in this hotel as it seen convenient and also for his hot spring. Turned out I could not use it because I have a couple of large tattoos and I wasn’t allow. This information was not stated in the advertisement on this platform neither in their own website. I found out at my arrival when the handed me a paper

お風呂が、露天・内湯・ミストサウナどれも充実していて満足でした。朝の展望足湯のスタッフの方・朝食のスタッフの方々、どちらも親切に対応して下さり気持ちが良かったです。ありがとうございます。

部屋も綺麗だったのとアメニティーもオシャレでした。

レストランからの展望が最高でした。いいまちだと感じました。今度はゆっくりしたいです。

対応がとくによかった

A bit hard to find first, it’s in the main building adjacent to the station, very convenient if you try to visit hakone or mt omuro, Shinzuka. Room are bit dated but most spacious we stayed in Japan. Room is neat and clean, it feels like a four star hotel for sure.

ゴルフコンペの前泊で利用しました。 温泉が入り放題なのと、朝食ビュッフェの豪華さ、 そして小田原駅から徒歩ですぐに辿り着ける アクセスの良さに大満足です！

小田原駅直結で、とても綺麗なエリア！ 朝の小田原城散歩も、気持ちいい〜 しかも、朝食会場の景色もGOOD! 箱根と熱海も近くて、満喫出来ました。

Very nice and convenient!

Great location; very conveniently connected to the Odawara train station. There are so many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, etc within walking distance. The Odawara Castle is less than 10 min walk. The rooftop terrace provides a wonderful view of the castle. Good stay.
