價錢比較貴，不包早晚餐，而且周邊比較偏僻，餐廳少，小店也早收，找吃的比較困難，至於其他設施都完美

大浴場和露天溫泉不錯，還可以預訂私人露天風呂。膳食方面為懷石料理，味道也不錯。

The hotel is located near Gora Railway Station. The room facilities are good and Japanese-style environment is comfortable and relaxing. Coffee machine with capsule, canned drink (stored in fridge) are provided in room for free. Dinner is served in a private dinning room. Private outdoor onsen bath can be booked for use for 45 minutes, and public onsen is also provided. Hotel staff is polite and helpful.

地理位置相當好，近強羅站。 房間非常大，有大浴室，冬天有暖氣 有私湯及公共場合，由於不多人，公共場合成了私人一樣 晚膳非常滿意，酒店提供獨立用膳區及專人服務 服務態度非常好，由專人在大堂至房間講解每一細節 設施不錯，適合居住兩晚

Passionate and dedicated staff to welcome you and introduce facilities in the room one by one, free mini bar, 3 types of coffee bean with a mini manual grinder to make yourself a fresh cup of coffee. Private onsen with tremendous quiet mountain view! Nice food with great presentation!

足湯バーや岩盤浴のサービスもあり、楽しく過ごせました 2泊して清掃はお願いしなかったのですが、翌日タオルやお水やコーヒー、お菓子なども届けていただき、行き届いたおもてなしをしていただきました 大涌谷や彫刻の森美術館にもアクセスがよく、近隣にステキなレストランもあったので、ロケーションとしてもよかったです ありがとうございました

Magnifique Onsen, la chambre était très spacieuse, tranquille. Nous avons adoré le bain d’eau chaude sur notre propre balcon. Les repas sont excellents et très copieux. La situation très pratique à 5 minutes max à pied de la gare de Gora.

従業員が不足しているためか、全体的にサービスが行き届いていない印象でした。チェックイン時間前に荷物だけを預けようとした際、フロントにスタッフ不在、ロビーには掃除機が放置されていました。

Very nice Ryokan situated in a beautiful part of Hakone. The area in general is hilly and difficult to get around but that’s true of anywhere in Hakone. This is located very close to Gora station which is as convenient as it gets whether you want to sightsee in Owakudani or head back towards Odawara station. The dinner and breakfast are very generous serving hearty regional cuisine. The amenities are top notch and exactly what you want for your Ryokan getaway.

Staying here was possibly the best part of our honeymoon. We had just hiked all of Mt. Fuji over 2 days, and took a cab directly from there to Tensui Saryo, where we were welcomed with a free glass of wine and a foot bath. Our room had a stone bath that would magically spill over the edges as you stepped in, and would automatically refill with hot spring water when you stepped out. Our aching muscles were grateful for the large bed and bathroom. Wearing our yukatas to the kaiseki dinner was icing on the cake. We will be back.

1人で出張の帰りに寄らせて頂きました。 1人で過ごすには大きなお部屋で、且つ快適なお風呂がバルコニーに有り出張疲れを癒すことができました。 2点改善されたら最高だなと、感じたポイントを。 恐らく古い旅館をリノベされたお宿だと思うのですが、古い宿泊施設にありがちな「コンセント問題があります。ベットサイドは１箇所しか空いてなく、相当離れたTV側に1つの合計2つしかベットルームに無かったのが残念でした。例えば、そこから延長コードみたいな物で2-3口+USB/USB-Cなどがお部屋のどこかに用意されていると、宿泊側としては安心です。 もう一つは、朝のレストランスタッフさんが「おかわり出来ますので」と、言われるも殆ど回って来ないので、声を出して呼ばなければならない事。また、コーヒーくらいは有って欲しかったです。 とは言え、ほぼ満点に近いステイ体験が出来ました。また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きます。

Beauace.. very clean and very very helpful people!! Free drinks and snacks are a bonus and the private hot baths were lovely!! Highly recommend it.. they even served us lovely vegetarian breakfast!! 🙂

Great location - literally a few steps from Gora station and Hakone cable car (start point of the famous Hakone Loop.) services excellent. Onsen was not that impressive (compared with similar accommodations). Breakfast was quite monotonous - we stayed for three nights so breakfast #3 was identical to breakfast #1. And right across the street from the best coffee shop - Coffee Camp!!

Great Japanese tradition ryokan with real hot spring water! It's a bit costly, but if you want full experience, then you should go for the dinner as well.

2回目の利用ですが、ウエルカムドリンクや、ミニバーの時間があり、ワインやシャンパンなど大変美味しく、おつまみやお菓子も美味しく、何度も利用したくなる宿でした。岩盤浴も最高です。
