诺特 东京新宿

We stayed for 4D3N. When we checked in, we told the staff that we gonna pay by unipay,then she asked us to put the card in, not working, tap again, not working. we told her again that we r using union pay, not taken. then the higher status staff came and tried again. ofc not working as we dont see any symbol of unipay shown on the card machine. Then the staff said not ok. That higher staus staff returned the card to me with his fingertips, thats kind of rude. Then the clean up staff was okay on the first day, but not on the second and third day. On the third day, the staff just put towels on one of the beds and the toothbrushes on top of the toilet. This is unacceptable.

The hotel area is nice, quiet. But it is far away from west Shinjuku station to hotel by walk 20 minutes at least not 15 minutes as hotel mentioned. I may mot book it again.

Breakfast is unbelievable tasty.

插座很少，其餘部分都ok.

我住雙人間，房間冷氣不能調節溫度。

The room is big, new and clean. The design of the number lock for the front door is convenient. The bakery in the lobby is extraordinary.

到店晚上十一時,前台正忙於聽電話之後辦簡單手續入住過程中沒打招呼沒笑容,,,(感覺這麼晚入住才來煩我)入房插制煲水怎知插頭鬆脫要求立即辦轉房間.房間大小視乎租金的. 唯一可取是全西式早餐服務員工作效率高.麵包好味! 酒店位置在新宿中央公園旁走路去新宿車站或去高速大巴站約13分鐘. 若要求不高行李少可考慮,租客98%是外國人.

非常棒的兩晚住宿經驗，雖然距離車站有點距離，但是環境鬧中取靜，面對公園，還可以去走走，還有，一樓的麵包很推薦！

Nice and cozy hotel. Highly recommended

I do not like the laundry room

Good: The room was clean. The staff were friendly and could speak fluent English. The hotel had a self check-in and check-out system. The wifi speed was Okay. Great bakery located downstairs. Bad: The room was too small, necessary to open the suitcase on the bed. The air conditioning unit was not strong enough to cope with the summer heat, which made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The room was not well-ventilated, which added to the discomfort caused by the air conditioning. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the nearest subway/JR station. The sound insulation in the room was poor, the noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms could be heard.

The overall experience is very good. Modern design, spacious room, neat, tidy and clean. However, the location is just a bit far from Shinjuku JR station but very close to Tochomae metro station.

住左四晚 感覺如下： 1）冷氣唔夠 要問佢地借左把風扇 2）Wi-Fi 非常唔穩定 成日斷 3）地點都偏 附近交通最近係都廳前 都要行10分鐘

Nice Hotel.

Stylish interior design, efficient check-in and check-out process, friendly staff. A perfect hotel if you dont mind to walk a bit from the subway/JR station.

大廳寬敞舒適，一樓的咖啡廳和麵包店好香，可惜我們行程太趕了只是短暫留宿，下次還有機會來新宿的話想再入住，好好體驗飯店的舒適空間。房間不大，簡單乾淨，除了床還有小桌椅，很符合我的需求。飯店位置離新宿車站有一段距離，但走起來滿舒服的，正好也可以四處逛逛，還會途經氣派的東京市政廳。
